Pros: The rental guy "had never heard of" the rental insurance I bought through Kayak (which was apparently a lot less expensive than Enterprise, but make sure you have other liability insurance). He also swore that I should have been aware of other costs and identification associated with using a debit card, although my first hint was at the counter. After that was all handled, everything was wonderful, but those were really unwelcome things to have to deal with on the spot.
Cons: Extra income proof for debit card, extra deposit for debit card, general clueless Ness of counter guy.

They fixed a problem in a big way
Pros: I received great service by Jonathan, Laura and Allan at the University Drive location after some lackluster customer service at a different location. I was double or triple upgraded and given the rental for free.
Cons: It took awhile for me to find what I needed based on what was available.

Poor customer service
Cons: I reserved a vehicle but when I went to pick up they said they did not have any cars available. They did not offer any solution or alternative until I asked about availability at other locations. Very disappointed and will not rent from enterprise again
