10.0 Excellent
Pros: very interesting design, very convenient place. Nice area to walk around. Plenty of shops and restaurants.
Cons: nothing
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Location: Fantastic. It's right smack in the middle of the Bay Area where most of the sights to see are. The Red Brick Warehouses are literally across the street when you exit out of the cafe. The other entrance/exit is through the lobby, which is beside a bank. When you go out of this exit, the Hachiman Zaka Slope is right across the street. Accommodation: Everything is very clean. They have a shoe locker with slippers for you to change in. The bed is comfy, the blankets warm. The overall temp is cozy, which is great for a stay in the middle of winter. The staff were friendly and very easy to communicate with. Bathroom: The showers were great. They were very private, in individual cubicles with doors and a changing space. There are chairs under the sinks so you can chill while drying your hair or brushing your teeth or doing makeup. They have hand wash/face wash beside each. The toilets are all equipped with the auto bidet and seat warmers. Transportation: From the JR Hakodate Station, you can either take a taxi or a street car/tram. Via tram, it's around 15mins until Suehirocho stop, which is only a 2-5min walk to the hotel. Check Google Maps for timetable because I got on a tram which turns out didn't stop at Suehirocho LOL.
Cons: The toilets and the showers were on different floors. Not that it's much of an issue, just a longer detour when doing the usual "morning business" lol. They're not too far away from each other though!
10.0 Excellent

10.0 Excellent
Pros: wonderful location and amazing decoration
8.0 Excellent
Pros: was in a centralised location and near all the point of interest. parking was easily available at a fee but it was not that expensive as compared to Sapporo city itself.
Cons: We stayed in the Family room but realised some of the ceiling piping were dusty and the beds were beneath it. so hope there could be more care into the cleanliness part. Otherwise, it was worth staying here.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Good location, view of harbor, breakfast and good staff.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Cool conversion of old buildings along with a hangout zone and library. stayed in the large dorm room and you could easily have had double the amount of people in it.
Cons: Was always cold in the room but not out in the rest of the building. May of been because of the size of the room and the large windows but was warm enough once you were in your bunk.

4.2 Okay
Pros: View from the hotel of the harbor is nice, but fairly low. Towels were fluffy. The location is okay, depending on where you want to go. It’s closer to the brick area and the ropeway.
Cons: The hotel is quite dated and you’ll feel it as soon as you walk in. The hotel also felt like a ghost town. Hardly anyone was here and we wondered why! The rooms had a very musty aroma and the beds weren’t great. It was incredibly overpriced for what it was and the booking score doesn’t reflect the reality. We spent our two days in Hakodate wishing we had booked elsewhere.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The location was excellent. 5-minute walk from brick warehouse and 10-minute walk from ropeway entrance. You can see a beautiful ocean and lights every night and day from the window. Also it's quite because it's away from other hotels. You won't find noisy group tourists in Winning hotel. Staffs were kind also. You won't have trouble speaking English there. One of the best accommodation during my trip in Hokkaido.
Cons: Far from market and Hakodate station. (But I think they will provide pick-up service)
