Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's central location, making it easy to access downtown attractions, restaurants, and the harbor. Many appreciated the cleanliness of the rooms and the well-equipped kitchens and amenities. However, noise from nearby nightclubs, bars, and appliances was a frequent complaint, making it difficult for some to sleep. The self-service check-in and lack of staff presence also caused frustration for several guests, especially when issues arose with door codes or other problems. While some found the beds comfortable, others reported discomfort and issues with air conditioning. Overall, the positives centered on location and cleanliness, but noise and service were notable drawbacks.
