Pros: It's fabulous! Rustic lodge style with wonderful bedding, pool and food!
Pros: Great rooms, beds, views out the window on one side. Wonderful rustic luxury vibe. Hot tub nice and hot! Sauna very comfortable. Fireplace seats and windows in the lobby.
Cons: Very hard to find towels and water to drink in sauna/pool area. Coffee in lobby just so-so.
Pros: Bed was amazing and the food was unbelievable. Best Caesar salad and salmon I’ve ever had!
Cons: The food was a little pricey but well worth it so not really complaining.
Pros: Loved how close it was to the activities. The lobby was amazing.
Cons: Rooms were a tad small.
Pros: unique structure, natural wood structure, heat source, historical landscape & great food, wine list.
Pros: Bed and pillows were great. The easy walk to the Arbor Day farm and Arbor lodge made it very easy to enjoy the area. Since it was next to the high school, I actually got to spend my evening watching live basketball, after the wine tasting of course
Pros: The lodge was well thought out. We loved the nature and tree look and theme. It was relaxing.
Pros: Beautiful facility
Cons: No negatives
Cons: A grand lodge . We didn’t expect it to be so nice for the price we paid.
Pros: Great getaway from the city, with grand entrance with lots of huge log-cabin type tree themed setting. Awesome swimming pool in the lower level - Olympic size with a nice jacuzzi (bring goggles because much chlorine in pool).
Cons: Couldn't stand the force air-conditioning noise that would blow on us at night. Had it turned off manually and this made it acceptable because the temperatures were moderate. We live in Europe and aren't used to this air conditioning type unit that is noisy and un-natural.
Pros: Beds were comfortable I liked the idea of recycling bins in the room. Staff was friendly and helpful. Pool was nice temp and plenty of towels.
Cons: Didn't know it was off season, seemed like a skeleton crew. I was charged for the lodge mansion but never given any tickets. Had to pay again when we got there!
Pros: The beauty of the building itself- the oversized, majestic doors, the use of wood throughout, the framed photos. The bed was very comfortable - it was all a short escape. Thank you.
Cons: It was all just wonderful.

Pros: It is a new hotel, so beds were super comfortable, room was very clean, entire hotel smelled new and clean. Breakfast was great as well. Staff was very friendly and made sure we were taken care of when we arrived late in the evening.
Cons: BIG THING ******It was super hard to actually get into the hotel parking lot!!!! We went back and forth 3 times before we figured out where the road that leads up to the hotel really was... off hwy 75. my gps actually told me to turn away from the hotel at one point and later lead me past the hotel telling me there was an access in front of the hotel (which there is NOT). Super frustrating especially at night. You really NEED better signage please.
Pros: Nice Bkfst. - clean - pleasant staff.- bright and cheery atmosphere. Desk staff very pleasant and helpful. Good beds- comfy- quality linens - same for bath supplies.
Cons: Access is not well marked - only able to do it because family warned us. Know that you are working on issues with DOT. But it would help to have a small sign- arrow at end of turnoff road. REALLY need signs/arrow/ hand out a map - something- for departure for west bound Hwy. 2. Good thing for us- family advised - how to get to Hwy. 75. That is a major down mark for your hotel. Nice place -lousy location. ?? Think there is a reason the shopping center is vacant ??
Pros: Room are big and very clean. The beds are very comfy and I love the pillows. The free breakfast was amazing. Eggs, sausage, pancakes, cereals and more!
Pros: The breakfast set up was terrific. Lots of food choices and the sitting area was nice but the "Good Morning" from the lady who ran it was very nice first thing when you came in. The staff and I hit it off very well. I would come back and book through them next time. The room was very clean.
Cons: We missed a hot tub and couldn't turn on the light by the lounger (a nice plus) so we finally had to move it and plug it in. Also set the alarm to regular time and by morning it went back to military time. Hallmark channel would be nice.
Pros: Breakfast was great, staff was awesome. Great selection at breakfast and staff attentive to any and all needs.
Pros: The bed was very comfortable
Cons: Oatmeal was cold
Pros: Nice modern facility. Very clean (it sparkled). Excellent parking.
Cons: Somewhat difficult to get to after spotting from the highway. Room door did not always latch without giving an extra tug. Though we received towels and trash dumped the bed was not made.
Pros: Best nights rest. Bed was awesome.
Cons: Location little off beaten path. New building and nothing around it.
Pros: Newer facility with very comfortable king bed.
Cons: Breakfast was just okay. The staff did a poor job of keeping the food available as they kept running out of items.
Located in Nebraska City, Deluxe Inn Nebraska City is in a rural location, within a 5-minute drive of Wildwood Golf Course and Arbor Lodge State Historical Park. Featured amenities include dry cleaning/laundry services, a 24-hour front desk, and coffee/tea in a common area. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: Quiet, clean.
Cons: Breakfast cutoff is too early on Sunday morning. It needs to be at least 10am.
Pros: Facility may be older, but it was clean and the staff was so friendly!
Pros: Large room, comfortable bed.
Cons: Towels were threadbare, breakfast options were very skimpy. I took my suitcase to the car before breakfast, and found myself locked out of the lobby at 7:30.
Pros: The staff was very friendly and helpful! We had a good, comfortable stay.
Pros: Good place to stay
Cons: The breakfast
Cons: The room wasn't as clean as it should have been. The mattress was hard and the pillows were so thin they were almost non-existent.
Pros: The staff were very nice and helpful.
Cons: The advertisement said that breakfast is included. All they had was coffee and one pastry. I did not like the lighting in the room. The lights were connected to each other, so in order to have one light on, you had to have another one on as well.
Pros: Rooms recently remodeled. Very clean and comfortable, convenient location and friendly staff.
Cons: Breakfast is almost non-existent.
Pros: Wasn't impressed! Went off site for breakfast.
Cons: No real breakfast, no kleenex in room one waist basket the towels were like drying with paper towels.
Pros: breakfast great location great for what I needed. this is my third time back only stay for me.
Pros: The price was cheap, but I guess you get what you pay for.
Cons: The sheets looked like they had blood stains on them, so slept on top of the blanket. The bed wasn't comfortable at all. The air was turned off when we got in the room, it was stifling. UGH. It took almost 30 minutes for it to cool down.
Pros: The premises was clean, secure, and well located between town and Hwy 2. The staff were professional and courteous. The room was clean, well maintained, and of good size. The room wasn't cheap but nothing in this area is. And the wifi signal was strong. Will definitely stay here again.
Motel 6 Percival IA is convenienty located off of I-29. Pioneer 3 Theater and Arbor Day Farm are within 5 miles. Also nearby you can enjoy shopping and other attractions. Micro-fridges and free Wi-Fi available in all rooms.
Pros: Didn’t know what to expect...got plenty of assistance and advice...location was excellent...will be back
Cons: Can’t think of anything
Pros: Awesome value for price.
Pros: Recently updated. Good price.
Cons: Stool in our room was broken. I got the feeling that they knew it was. It took 30 minutes to get us switched to a different room.
Pros: The staff was professional, very nice, the room was clean and had plenty of space. The shower had very good pressure and plenty of hot water.
Cons: They are right next to a large truck stop /truck parking lot. There are no extras, no clocks, not even a cheap bedside alarm clock. The walls and ceiling had very little insulation, heard the people above me everytime they walked across the floor and the last morning continously heard the chair being slid across the floor by a child. There are several people who actually live in the hotel and a few were outside the rear door and at the back corner smoking weed quite often as I used that door to take my dog out. I almost wondered if there wasn't some drug dealing going on at the rear off the hotel as my window faced the back area and there were several cars coming and going in a short time period. I won't stay there again and definitely wouldn't advise staying with a family. Take my advise and continue driving 10 minutes longer on Hwy 2, crossing over the Mississippi River to Nebraska City, exit at Nebraska City and there are 2 local family owned motels, Best Western, and a Holiday Inn.
Pros: Everything was fabulous
Cons: Everything was fabulous
Pros: We liked that it had a laminant floor rather than carpeting. The room had been updated with a new sink.
Pros: It was clean, new carpet, clean room, comfortable bed, friendly, and a great price.
Pros: No carpeting was a great feature. Loved the fact that we could bring our fur baby with us. Quiet, clean room. Staff was excellent and extremely accommodating. For sure will stay in this motel again :-)
Cons: Not a deal breaker at all, but should have brought my hair dryer and shampoo. Next time I will know better. As I said, certainly bring what I need next time.
Pros: Friendly staff. A very welcome Haven during a blizzard.
Cons: Would appreciate more & nicer pillows. Toilet flushes very slowly. Motel is full, possibly building plumbing is backed up.
Pros: It was so close to the interstate AND a late-hour truck stop restaurant.
Cons: It smelled bad!!!!
Pros: Location and price were good.
Cons: Towels were thin and not bleached so looked like shop towels.

Pros: The attendant was very polite and business friendly, his attitude was very good. He is an asset to the establishment.
Cons: There was nothing to dislike. Things were good.
Pros: Breakfast was good choices
Cons: Water volume was poor
Cons: Waffel mix machine had a clear fluid in the product May have been just water but if so it was not dried out when washed out. They ran out of gravey for biscuits and unplugged the crock pot leaving balance cold. Breakfast was poor at best
Pros: Staff was very friendly
Cons: Parking lot was covered with ice. Was to many vehicles and all parked to where couldnt use the second row of parking. We had to park side ways behind people cause our vehicle just slid on the ice when parked. My husband fell multiple times.
Pros: Staff was nice.
Cons: The room smelled terrible. Air condition added more smell. Toilet seat was terrible looking. Bed was old and caved inn. Way to much money for a terrible night.
Cons: As soon as we walked in the entire Hotel smelled of marijuana. We also witnessed the staff smoking marijuana outside the main lobby. After getting into our room and opening the curtains in the window sill was roaches scurrying off. I would not recommend this place if you have children or do not like the smell of marijuana or care much for roaches.
Pros: It was very comfy. Perfect location, close to nebraska city which is what was needed.
Cons: The only thing that was bit nasty was having to run water a bit to get rid of orange red tint color out
Pros: Restaurant near the hotel. TV did not work but young man at desk came and fixed it. The coffee was great at breakfast.
Cons: I thought there was a smoking odor in the room but my friends didn't. I have asthma and tend to notice those things more. We were so tired that it did not matter.
Pros: Conveniently located off I29.
Cons: I realize that certain concessions are necessary at this price point, but the room smelled like a damp basement, the TV didn't work, and the common areas were filthy.
Cons: Dirt in the corner of the bathroom
Cons: It smelt of mildew and that water pressure was nlil to none
Pros: Our king bed was very comfortable. Our TV wouldn't come on, but the young man at the desk fixed it right away. The location was convenient for us too. It was close to both Nebraska City and I-29 access.
Cons: We checked in on a Friday afternoon (around 4:00) and it seemed the only employees there were high school kids. They spent a lot of time hanging out by their cars outside and smoking... The young man that checked us in was very friendly, though, and helped us with our malfunctioning TV.
