Our room was on 2nd floor, spacious and clean. Appreciated the walk in shower. Balcony overlooked the beach, would have been nice to have a small table on balcony, but we moved the little table in the room out and in as we needed it. The front desk was busy when we checked in on Sunday (08/10), but Ora (Asst. GM) was helping out as their system was going down and coming back up. Through all this t...

Pros (+) Room was clean and A/C worked well.
Cons (-) The entire place was being remodeled and this was NOT KNOWN when booking the room. Shower didn’t work - maintenance had to fix it. Fitness center unavailable and no hot breakfast, only pastry and waffles.

Pros (+) The people at the front desk were great. The TV in the room assigned to me was not working and they got someone in to fix it--with a smile and apology.
Cons (-) The only negative thing was not against the hotel, but against the parents who were guests there and let their kids run the halls and scream. I have stayed here at least a dozen times and never run into that problem unless it is a high tourist time.

Pros (+) The room was equip with a refrigerator and microwave, which was nice. The room itself was clean and comfortable.
Cons (-) The hotel was advertised as beach-front property, however it is not close to the water. We had to drive quite a ways before we got to the ocean. I rented the hotel because I wanted to stay on the water. There was an issue with a leaking shower door which they failed to fix because they did not listen when I told them what was wrong with it.
