Pros (+) Bed was comfortable.
Cons (-) The room was dirty and outdated, the hotel itself was not welcoming on arrival , outside was grungy. The room smelled like mold or a wet carpet. I had confirmed my reservation with LaQuinta weeks before my arrival when I arrive they stated I did not have a reservation and it was previously cancelled. However the staff did make it right after some negativity I have a reservation coming up in April ...

Pros (+) The price was alright compared to other hotels in the area. We were only staying one night and wanted to be relatively close to the beach.
Cons (-) As we were checking in we could see that the decent price attracted riff-raff as well. There were two ladies in front of us checking in, one had a handle of vodka cradled in her arm.
