Pros (+) This was my second stay in the Hampton Warsaw City Centre. Location in Warsaw, lobby decor and ease in checking in and out, friendliness and helpfulness of staff, speed of elevators, room decor, comfort, and cleanliness, the informal dining in the lobby area, are all flawless and superb. The breakfast is probably one of the best I have ever experienced and I have traveled far and wide. Great value...

Pros (+) The bed/pillows were very comfy and I was able to sleep well, even though I'm a light sleeper and don't normally sleep well at hotels. What helped was the room was quiet and their are blackout blinds to make the room properly dark.

Cons (-) The bedside radio didn't work but I never use these things anyway.

Pros (+) The stuff is friendly and nice. The room was clean and big. It had everything that I needed. Free wifi, breakfast and transportation to and from the airport. If you are ever in Warsaw this is the please to stay.

Pros (+) Everything was excellent! Comfortable bed, clean room like everything was brand new, great breakfast. I would definitely recommend this hotel and I'll stay at this hotel again.

Cons (-) It would be nice if a receptionist could tell new guests that they have to use their room card to make elevators work.
