Checked into the room and the bed wasn't made. They gave me another room and the floor was dirty. They didn't offer me a refund. Will never go to a Ramada again.
Pros. Had a bed and hot water
Cons. Cheap linoleum floors, sticky and dirty, no place to hang clothes, no closet, no clothes rack. Staff act if not their problem when complaining to them. Had to iron clothes before wedding. Cannot trust Kayak to book at a real "Ramada". Won't use Kayak again.

Cons. We weren't expecting a boutique hotel for that price, but the hotel was undergoing renovation and the first room they gave us had no electricity. We moved. Keys did not work. Walls are paper thin. Towels paper thin. Restaurant closed during renovation so we had to walk to sister hotel next door for included breakfast. After renovation it may look better - it was pretty seedy - but had we known we would not have stayed there. Staff was accommodating.
