Pros (+) Room was comfortable, clean and quiet. Service was excellent.
Cons (-) In formation about the area. Concierge didn’t know directions to the Wadsworth Atheneum, a major museum just blocks nearby.
Pros (+) All staff very friendly and helpful from the moment we walked in the door- no question too small and staff was skilled at efficiently handling any questions or concerns (I had not booked the room option e the breakfast as I intended and staff quickly made the changes and I was good to go)
