The Breakfast was good.

The fire alarm went off twice while we stayed there and the first time was at 7 in the morning.

The staff was nice, and the bed was clean.

When we arrived after 10:00PM, fire alarms were going off and shortly after a fire truck arrived. Not a good start. And while it turns out the hotel was not on fire, it was still loud, and on for over 15 minutes. There was also a church service going on in the breakfast area of the hotel, and it was a very loud evangelical church service. So between the fire alarms and the sermon being blasted through a microphone this hotel was not particularly conducive to sleep. When we got to our non-smoking room it reached of cigarette smoke. The carpets, walls, and curtains were disgusting. I went to take a shower and noticed a sign that said something along the lines of "If you don't turn on the over head fan while you shower the steam will build up and cause the fire alarms to go off." I am disheartened that I paid for this room, and I am confused as to why this hotel has any positive ratings. I have lost faith with Days Inn as a hotel chain.

I only used the room to sleep and shower. If that's all you need its good for that. About 30min from downtown Chicago and very close to Indiana.

Facility seemed to be falling apart (my room didn't even have the number on the door because it feel off and was never replaced). Breakfast is free but weak and poorly stocked. Walls were thin and could here TV set in adjoining room

Everything. Weed smoke in the hallways. No sheets towels rude employees. I can go on and on. Never would go here again.

Friendly staff, very clean, comfortable bed, chair with ottoman. Priced fairly.

This is not the best neighborhood. (Think 24 hr title loan shops, shady characters meeting at the main highway crossroads on the south side of Chicago). But the hotel is set back well off the main road, the desk clerk has a view of the parking lot, and it is VERY well lit. This is a great place to sleep, not a resort. Manage your expectations thusly.

Staff members repeatedly keyed into my room throughout the night, they stated it didn't show in the system the the room was taken. Not to mention the pool was extremely dirty, the water was so fogged up you couldn't see the bottom.

Counter staff were friendly. Cheap rate. Convenient location near major highway. Many local food options.

Noisy guests and groups of people / teenagers. People constantly loitering / hanging out in lobby, parking lot, doorways. Room smelled like cigarettes. Plexiglass barrier at front desk..? Rough neighborhood? I think so.

If I was on a budget I'd probably stay again. I've been to better kept up Red Roof Inns.

A bit dark and dreary and the toilet sounded like a dying elephant when you flushed it.

It was dirty I spent over an hour walking back and forth being shown one dirty room after another finally showed us a room that wasn't dirty the AC and tv didn't work a pure waste of time never again

During this stay, the staff (Valerie) was very helpful and nice. I look forward to using this hotel again.

The dryer for guest didn't work. But Valerie, the hotel clerk allowed me to dry my clothes in the dryer used for housekeeping.

Loved the bed and the pillows you had a choice from soft to firm. The lotion was amazing---gotta love white citrus! Very clean room and very modern.

Couldn't figure out wifi, and no menu button on the remote.

The bed and pillows were very comfortable.

The tub was horrible, I have pictures. I wasn't able to get hot water. I washed up at the sink, the toilet tissue holder was falling off the wall, the bathroom door looked as though someone punched a hole in it. I paid $159 ($72 a night) and I felt like I was at a DIVE. I don't know if I can trust you to find me a hotel again. I have pictures

Everything, it was dirty, huge gap under the door and we were on ground level so we had to stuff a towel under the door to keep rodents out. The mattress, sheets and bedding was dingy, dirty, and gross. The room smelled funny and we had to keep spraying perfume. Other guest at the hotel was physically fighting with her significant other outside of their room. I would never return to this hotel.

Needs some severe upgrades and housekeeping needs a class on professionalism on how to talk to customers they were very rude

The location was great, breakfast was good and well managed. The room was clean and spacious.

When we inspected the room......There was a wet stain on the sheets. Room spelled like a lit cigarette. Chester-staff on duty.....tried to imply that we put a wet spot on the sheets because the room had been empty for 3 days.....after being told thereporters was another double bed room...we are given "the jacuzzi suite" .....IT SUCKED!!!!! IT Was 1 queen bed and a big jacuzzi tub, which we were afraid to sit in because the hotel was so dirty!!!! Definitely DON'T recommend this place! !!!--AND NO BREAKFAST LIKE ADVERTISED......FALSE ADVERTISEMENT .....also we could hear the next door neighbors. ....

Three police cars at hotel upon arrival, although not your fault, gave sense of unease. Later saw broken window on first floor stuffed with pillows/paper and taped with garbage bag caused more unease. Parking lot being re-surfaced and no proper signage on it. Request for tv remote that worked was never fulfilled. Pool/hot tub under repair and facilities need cleaning and facelift. Moved for our last two nights to Hilton Garden Inn in Tinley Park.

Great location. Stores, restaurants, and highway within walking distance. Also less than 15 minute drive to Hollywood Casino Amphitheater. Staff was very friendly. Hotel was very clean.

Needs a renovation. A lot of broken equipment, busted up drywall, etc. TV in room had a lock to keep volume at 14 or higher which was loud for night time. Breakfast buffet was out of hot food the second day of our stay.

This is a clean but inexpensive, standard/no-frills hotel. We stayed here while visiting family, and I would stay here again.

When I booked, the only amenties I saw listed were Free Wi-Fi, hair dryer, breakfast. To my Surprise there was also a micro, drug and iron! It worked out better than I had hoped!

At 8:30 AM a cleaning lady knocked on our door and informed us we were supposed to check out so she can clean the room. We were really allowed to stay till 11 AM but instead this woman woke us up and rushed us out of our room. Horrible hospitality!

Bed was comfortable

AV and room fridge were broken and had obviously been for a while. Bathroom faucet was not installed correctly and was easy to move around. Not enough staff at the front desk. Always had a long wait

I liked our room location on the first floor right across from breakfast and right next to the pool. The breakfast was delicious and the eating area was very clean and nice. Staff was nice.

It was a little noiser being in that room location. Our room smelled like a sweaty foot. Like it was damp in there. After being in there for a min. you didn't notice it.

Very friendly staff. Comfy beds and pillows. Clean rooms. A/c and heat worked prefectly which doesn't happen all that often. Good water pressure in the shower.

The hotel is right next to a highway which we didn't mind, and they also provided earplugs. What I didn't like is that our room was literally right next to the pool and vending machines. We were woke up pretty early by screaming (laughing) kids and loud talkers and the clanging of the vending machine. If we'd had another room it would have been a very good experience. It was fine for one night but I wouldn't have stayed more than that in that particular room.

Accesses to tons of dining and shopping. Also, guest passes to Lifetime Fitness next door, with indoor and outdoor pools, sauna, hot tubs and of course, fitness equipment!

No outside seating by pool (outside patio connected to pool area). No outside pool either.

After about 3 min I finally was able to get hot water.

Staff was rude and not friendly. Sheets had stains and holes in them. Weird smell in the room. Yes this is a motel so I had low expectations but when we're sleeping on stains and holescin the sheets it becomes a bit discomforting. The hallways also smelled like cigarettes/weed

The staff was very helpful and nice and the housekeeping was great also. Its just the room condidtions did not match the price it should of been lower.

The rooms need to be brought up to date even though the rooms were clean. The walls you can start to see they need to be replaced the carpets needs to be replaced the sheets and covers needs to be replaced as they are stained. The furniture needs replacement badly. Even though it is motel 6 for the price they can at least charge less if they are not going to do nothing about the rooms conditions. Lastly if the air is not running the room gets a stinky smell in it.
