Pros. Very clean. Room looked recently remodeled. Parking lot was well lit.

When I came back to the hotel after a night on Santa Monica pier, there was literally only one handicap space left empty, and I can't park on the street because that's illegal during the night. When I tried to get help from the staff about this (they are a 24hr office), no one was there. I didn't get it resolved until I had already parked in the handicap space and was in my room about to sleep. Other than that, the bed was hard as a rock, and the internet barely worked with text-based websites, let alone video streaming like Hulu or Netflix. The neighborhood is pretty scary, especially at night. Your only solace that your stuff won't be stolen is there's a police station a short walk away. All in all, if you're in a pinch and can't afford anything else, go for it. Otherwise, stay away.
