Pros (+) The resort was definitely beautiful and clean.
Cons (-) I believe it needs some upgrades for it to be 2021 but make no mistake it was still a lovely stay. Staff was excellent.

Pros (+) Staff was nice, friendly, and helpful, room and all common areas were extremely clean, nice scenery, and beautiful views . Pool was not crowded. Room was inexpensive.

Pros (+) The location is relaxing but the hotel is in need of a refresh. The surrounding village need some makertkng help.
Cons (-) Night one was fine. The next night a loud group moved in next door and began playing music late at night. Our room began to smell like cigarette smoke, so we assume it was coming through the ventilation system from another room. We called the front desk around 2:30 AM and it took 2–3 minutes for someone to pick up. The noise issue wasn't resolved nor was the smoke. We heard music and smelled more ...

Cons (-) Charged for Resort Facilities which I did not use. The worst thing is guests have no choice in the matter. You check in , You must pay. That is terrible.

Cons (-) THEY WERE RUDE, ARROGANT AND TRY TO STEAL MONEY OFF MY WIFE'S CREDIT CARD(6,831.00). THEY ALSO KEPT US OUT OF OUR ROOM WHEN WE ALREADY PAID FOR THE ROOM! Cons (-) Had to wait four hours to check in. Payed for a room with a lake view and was given a room with a view of the courtyard because they must have overbooked. Was not compensated at all for my time or being given the wrong room.

Cons (-) A/C was poor for the heat in the summer time. Requested a new coffee pot, didn't show up. Requested additional towels, didn't show up. No hotel restaurant for dinner.

Pros (+) Beautiful location. The breakfast option at the hotel was excellent. We were sad to miss it our second night when we had to leave early for the airport. The outdoor pool and hot tub were delightful and the perfect endcap to a week long trip to see the canyons.
Cons (-) Two double beds instead of two queens made things a bit cozy in terms of sleeping arrangements for a family of 4.
