10.0 Excellent
Pros: We like- 1. The location by the lake - we swam, kayaked and canoed around the lake and admired the beautiful scenery. 2. The most delicious breakfast every morning. 3. The fine English China plates we used for breakfast. 4. The friendly owner and his remarkable attention to detail. 5. His gentle dog Angel with kind and sensitive eyes. 6. The Flying Goose where we had dinner.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The hospitality, food, décor were excellent! A step back in time. Loved the location around the lake.
Cons: The bathroom. The shower was small and mirror in the bathroom. I understand that this is not something that can easily be fixed in an old house.

8.3 Excellent
Pros: Downtown location was great! Clean rooms and high ceilings. Made the room feel large.
Cons: Unable to get the room to a cooler sleeping temperature. Not completely as advertised, as the description stated that our Executive King room had a pull out sofa with a pullout sofa.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful holiday ; gorgeous room; great location, friendly staff
Cons: I know they are working on it but breakfast could be better.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The room was large and spacious, balcony was HUGE. Everything was perfect for a girls night out.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location was great. Hotel was clean. View was beautiful and the staff was excellent.
Cons: The continental breakfast needs improvement. Just add a waffle maker and bacon.. you’d be perfect. You need to explain where to park as it’s tricky.
6.8 Good
Pros: Staff was great, bedding was great
Cons: Light blocking curtains sucked, blinding sunlight at 6 a.m. NO HOT breakfast food, same cold food as a days inn or like hotels. diddnt change sheets on bed once in 4 days. Despite being a new hotel, the "modern" look or style was about 10 years behind and the furnishings were cheap. The lobby on my floor had a big stain on the table, looked nasty.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The room was great, we had a large room with huge shower and bath area and large balcony. The surrounding area of Concord was quite quiet which was expected on this stop. Reception staff was very helpful
Cons: Breakfast was poor. There was hardly any selection of anything. A few cereals and muffins was as adventurous as it got. For the price, a cooked breakfast would be good.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Lovely big room and very comfortable beds. Massive bathroom and great shower. The complimentary breakfast was excellent: tea, coffee, juices; bagels, muffins, waffles, toast, cereals fruit and hard boiled eggs. What more would you need to start the day? The staff at the hotel were all very professional, friendly and helpful.
Cons: Just a small thing, but there were only a bedside table on one side of the bed, so I had nowhere to put my glasses and alarm clock on my side.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: One of the best hotels I've been. Next time i'm there-i'll stay this hotel
Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The room was very spacious and stylish. It was very clean. Good drawer space, but not sufficient closet space.
Cons: For an older person, there was nothing secure enough to hold onto in the very large shower. I don’t usually require a handicap room.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Typical Breakfast, nothing to write home about. However everything else was beyond what we expected am looking forward to staying here again!
The Maples at Warner - Warner
3
9.5 Excellent (98 reviews)

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Lovely house, nice grounds, luxurious bed linens, great breakfasts. Staff were friendly and helpful. Victorian style furnishings.
Cons: Couldn't get internet to work on my Kindle Fire, but no fault of the owners. No hot beverages available outside of breakfast service. I enjoy tea in the evening, but I couldn't heat up water in my room.
5.5 Okay
Pros: Peaceful
Cons: So I paid for my mother's recent stay while she was here visiting me. Now while she had a relaxing stay, the carelessness of the proprietor in double charging me(charging me the same price 2 days in row) hit my college student bank account in a negative way including the fees that came from this. Then her non caring attitude in the mistake SHE made left me SOL instead of her trying to fix it. Disgusting attitude in handling the situation. My bank said the way I was charged twice looked deliberate and that it's possible I'm not the first person for her to "accidentally" charge multiple times. She said she reversed the charges but the bank said there is no evidence of her doing so. My bank said they would have to wait 3 days to even see if she did so. So now I'm left with no money for anything and my mom leaves friday. When my mother approached her with this issue she appeared extremely aggravated that my mother was even bringing it up. And that's the part that is most hurtful not including the fact that she did nothing to fix it nor did she even apologize. Would NEVER recommend this place to even my worst enemy.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Loved it; Sooo homey and the atmosphere was relaxed. The hot water for the shower and the pressure as awesome. Bed was super comfortable. The Hosts, Cheryl, hank, heather, and the wonderful pets were fun and laid back. One big happy family-kind of didn’t want to leave
10.0 Excellent

10.0 Excellent
Pros: QuIant bed and breakfast. Friendly owners. Great breakfast. Comfortable room. Good location to all the maple sugar houses we visited during Maple open house. Skiing available nearby.
Cons: Not a great variety of restaurants in Warner. Only a small pizza place, a small local burger sandwich shop, and local coffee shop which closes at 4pm. There is a grocery store about 2 miles away.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The Inn owner Cheryl made us feel right at home from the minute we entered her Inn. She was very friendly and accommodating. Our room and bathrooms were impeccably clean. Best lemon blueberry pancakes we have ever eaten for breakfast.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very clean. It had a small refrigerator, microwave and TV. We enjoyed eating breakfast (Coffee, packaged small donuts, coffee cake and bananas provided by the motel) On the small balcony looking out over the end of Lake Sunapee.
Cons: The motel is on a highway so during the day you will hear the trucks going by but it is quiet during the night so no problem sleeping. We would not hesitate to go back again. It is high season during the summer and prices at Lake Sunapee are very high. We were very pleased during the three nights we stayed and felt we really got a bargain.

Cons: The resort is in bad need of an upgrade. Beds, linen were in shocking condition. Had the worst meal in the on-site restaurant.
5.0 Okay
Pros: The location to Mt. Sunapee
Cons: The bed and pillows were awful. For what you pay in price, it didn’t come close to what you get in luxury. We’ve stayed at many resorts and we will not be staying again here. Very disappointed. Even the tub didn’t stay closed to be able to take a bath.

9.5 Excellent
Pros: I asked for a room that was not doused with room perfume, and I got a room that smelled normal. The market is stocked with excellent snacks and emergency stuff like toothpaste, aspirin, etc. The food in the restaurant is excellent. The people are awesome, very welcoming.
Cons: Wish it were walking distance to downtown. It is a couple of minutes away but you do need to take your car as the street lighting is poor or non-existent. On the other hand, the hotel is right off the highway, so it's easy to find.

Cons: That breakfast wasn’t included
8.3 Excellent
Pros: I really appreciated the fact you that you had a charging station on site that I could rely for over night charging of my EV. Although you have two, the second was non operational and required service. Convenient location right off the highway. The rooms were nice and the beds comfortable. I enjoyed the friendly service of the staff downstairs, especially at the cafe - good food w/ Starbucks.
Cons: Some maintenance issues. The morning I left there was water dripping from the ceiling in the lobby into a bucket. That second charging station needs service.
