Cons (-) Hot tub was dirty, the water had hair and bugs. The outside pool was not heated, I know it gets pretty hot in this area but on this particular weekend it was not, the pool was ice cold. The only time anyone got in the outside pool was 1-3 pm anytime after that anyone that tried to go into the pool quickly ran out.
