Pros: Huge suite comfortably big enough for 4 adults. Plenty of towels provided. Good location for travel between North Rim and Vegas.
Cons: Time difference meant we lost an hour arriving from North Rim so arrived later than expected. Only place for food nearby was Edge of the World Brewery (but turned out to be best pizza we’ve had in a long time and good local beer! )No coffee making facilities in room.
Pros: Friendly helpful staff
Cons: No food offer apart from breakfast
Cons: When we arrived, no one was there to greet us, the power went out, then they got it back on but the tv system was down, the air wasnt working properly, the towels looked dirty, the outside grounds were not kept up..not a good stay
Pros: The room was large and quiet
Cons: The outdoor area was not kept up, broken glass in the common outside area
Pros: Hotel ambience, and staff.
Cons: No fridge, no microwave, no dustbin inside room , no floor mat/cloth inside toilet. to heat water I need to go out and keep some perishable stuff inside fridge.
Cons: Room amenities (not even a dust bin was available, pillow was dirty, pillow cover was not washed, no bath mats, breakfast was so bad, late breakfast, staff were playing video games all the time
Pros: Feels like home, comfortable, friendly
Cons: Nothing , very pleasant
Cons: There was no one the office when we arrived, we had to call them to check us in and waited 20 minutes before they got there, and the AC thermostat did not work, and all the vents were closed. Did not sleep good, and will not come back.
Pros: The hot breakfast was great, fruit was included along with fresh baked cookies that were delicious. The breakfast room was very large with booths. There was also a large room with lots of couches and large TV's for gatherings.
Cons: No complaints, the rooms even had ceiling fans and very large closets.

Pros: Family was very welcoming. Recommend the trail ride. We felt relaxed and part of the family. Will definitely come back.
Pros: The dogs, the horses direct behind the house. The owner.
Pros: Cute homey spot with great hosts who make it feel like home. The facility is on a ranch with awesome views, horses and a great backyard to just chill at. It is also close to Zion National Park so would be great to stay at if you're visiting.
Cons: Thought the price was a little steep for a B&B.
Pros: Shopping for a Zion location, this BnB came up on booking. Price looked good and were always up for adventure. Turns out it’s a small horse ranch, trail rides available. Close enough to Zion and hurricane if mtn bikes are your thing. Breakfast was good, plentiful and coffee was hot. Dogs and cat were a kick
Cons: Nothing to speak of
Cons: Supposedly 13 miles from Zions nation park not even close, more like 50 miles
Cons: Super friendly hosts, great atmosphere, comfortable bed. Loved the company of all the animals ( beautiful horses, friendly and playful dogs , funny talkative cat) . Nice stop on the way to Zion.
Pros: it is a very nice place to stay, and it is close to Zion and Bryce. It has very authentic atmosphere. People from all over the world stay there. The staff is very friendly and polite. Martha is a great manager. The town is very safe. They do not even lock the front door in the night. There are many hiking trails nearby.
Pros: Very nice hosts. It was fun to have an opportunity to talk with other guests at the breakfast
Pros: Bed and rooms where actually pretty good nice location fair price
Cons: ALMOST NO PRIVACY is not a hostel, is actually a house (with the owners living there) so it feel like we where staying in a room in a strangers house, they had a party when we where staying (didn't care), they open our bedroom door (by mistake i guess), we haven't been able to use the kitchen because it was to late (no so arguable when you have a party next day). For the price its ok, but you should be aware of this lack of privacy.

Pros: the rooms were clean, breakfasts in the morning. attentive staff.
Cons: There should be areas to dispose of trash and leave clean towels every day.
Pros: Nice place, it was fun staying there knowing that it was a home for FLDS and that Warren Jeffs had is built in 30 days! we learned a lot about FLDS culture.
Cons: The bathroom was very dirty. Dirty towels everywhere, used shampoo and conditioner bottles, as well as used dirty water in the tub.
Cons: There was no wifi in room as promised - not strong enough. No long mirror in room, no a/c control, they control the temperature. The manager or owner slept in arriving an hour late, so no breakfast, no coffee etc. We didn’t stick around for him to get it tog. It really was a 1 man show. Nobody ever at front desk. We even had to run after the man to return room keys, which he then put in his pocket. It all seemed very unprofessional. Customer service lacked.
Pros: Spacious room Comfy bed
Cons: Staff approach towards hours of service Breakfast supposed to be 7 till 9 we turned up 8.30 and nobody was there no coffee all stuff hidden away and locked After two phone calls member of staff finally showed up clearly not happy that he has to serve and then disappears before I had a chance to ask for coffee Noisy AC unit vibrates half of the structure of the roof
Pros: Very friendly and helpful staff, interesting history of the place, quiet neighborhood.
Cons: Breakfast, even by American standards, wasn't good. Some minor inconveniences but it is to be expected and nothing that made our stay uncomfortable. Not very close to groceries and other shops.
Pros: Very clean... Staff extremely friendly, my woman liked the walkin closet... Big bathroom... Layout kinda funky
Cons: Weird vibe... Isn't a "typical" hotel.
Pros: Spacious rooms with two sinks made for an interesting but very useful room layout. The property also has some very interesting history (ask when you get there). We left early to travel to our next national park and checkout was a breeze.
Cons: Breakfast didn’t start until 7:30, much later than we were leaving.
Pros: Everything, absolutely everything. The price was impressive, huge rooms, very clean. I only wish my stay wasn't just one night. Full size coffee maker in the room, ample storage for longer stays. Very nice staff. A game room with foosball and a pool table, and even a hot tub on the back private deck area. I wish I was coming back this way so I could stay another night. Also, free washer and dryer on site.
Cons: That my stay was too short.
Pros: Quiet. No noise. Plenty of room to put our things. Bright room.
Cons: Trash was still full in room from previous guests. Spotted towel. Only coffee was available as a beverage for breakfast. Tea or chocolate was missing.
