The front desk clerk, Miranda, was very friendly and took the time to speak with the customers. There was another gentleman I spoke with as well. The first time I saw him, he was in "jogging attire". Pros (+) Great location, very clean, front desk staff was extremely helpful when we needed late check out. Breakfast was very good as well. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful, patient with our special requests (2 last minute pets, late checkout).

Pros (+) The location was very convenient and the staff was great and extremely helpful.
Cons (-) The pillows offered zero support, so we both slept poorly as a result of the pillows despite the bed being comfy.
