Incredible. Asked for a quiet room on the non-freeway facing side and they accommodated even though it was booked through Kayak and they were sold out. Other customers hadn’t arrived yet and they were able to move me around.
Pros (+) Great rooms, especially bathroom and well appointed. Some of the friendliest staff of any hotel anywhere
Cons (-) Not much to complain about except the parking fees. Those seemed excessive. Friends thatcame for drinks and dinner paid $50 for parking just as we did for the overnight.
