Pros: Okay : This is an expensive accommodation option. When one opts for the expensive there are two ways things can go : things are at best 'ordinary' - which means you've wasted your money - or things are excellent - which means you've won. The Manor fell into the latter class, for our room (which was excellent) and our meal (likewise). Sound! :-D

8.3 Excellent
Pros: Shower was excellent. Surrounding area was very nice too. Bar was varied and offered a good choice of beers.
Cons: Some bags of crisp were left in the room drawers from previous occupants. Very warm and stuffy at times.
7.9 Good
Pros: The rooms are clean and quiet
Cons: Air conditioning kept us awake and the long walk from the room to reception. Sausage at breakfast was poor and the bacon was smoked which is an acquired taste
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Everything was very smart and professional and they’d clearly made an effort to get it all right. The restaurant is really excellent. Delicious food, lovely staff. There was a bday party and disco going on in a function room downstairs and you couldn’t hear it from the restaurant or our bedroom and it didn’t affect the service in the restaurant. It all felt very well run and the restaurant was quite smart - you had the feeling everyone was there for an occasion. The grounds are very pretty too.
Cons: Only thing was that our bedroom was on a corridor near the spa. Although the corridor was all windows so we had natural light, it would have been nice to have a window we could open to outside. It felt a bit stuffy.

Pros: The smoked salmon and scrambled eggs for breakfast was delicious.
Cons: The lift was a bit clunky and the sink in the bathroom of our room didn’t drain very well
9.2 Excellent

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything about this booking and hotel was excellent ! with Great communications from initially booking, all staff members very friendly and helpful, nice ground floor bar with affodably priced drinks too, spacious, clean and fresh accomodation, excellent facilities throughout and the food is to die for ! I would have no hesitation in recommending this place to anyone and as a regular visitor to the area will make this my prefered place to stay from now on.
Cons: Nothing to not like, this place exceeds every expectation !
4.2 Okay
Pros: There was a good sized shared kitchen but not a drop of milk or a teabag for staying guests. The staff were very friendly. it was central to town were i needed to be
Cons: the shared bathroom was ok, but the lock on the door was really poor. the towels provided smelt of damp, but i had packed my own. I know it was a basic B & B but it wasn't very clean
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The location is very good its near town centre and the privacy of the premises friendly staffs, I mean the whole experience was superb except for the breakfast I never had my breakfast at all no one to offer one.
Cons: I liked the whole experience the Sunday music was brilliant.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The room is above a pub and the disco stops about 2300. The pub is about 10 mins drive from Huddersfield. The staff were friendly and showed me the room and access details. I was able to park my car on a driveway. There is a kitchen and shared bathroom which was clean. The wifi worked well. There are take away shops close by and a bus stop into town.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Staff were lovely, room and bathroom were very clean, bed was very comfortable
Cons: There was a window open in my room that I couldn't close, so I got like 2 hours sleep because the B&B is next to a busy road. Also it's a bit awkward getting in and out after hours, like 3 doors and a pin to remember for the gate and a set of keys to fumble through (not great when you're drunk)
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Good pub friendly staff and people in the pub breakfast available at 10am
Cons: Bath room needs a decent lock.
6.7 Good
Pros: no breakfast available probably should be clearer in the details
Cons: Room smelt of cigarette smoke. Blinds did not keep out bright lights of street and care home opposite. On a noisy road.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Friendly staff Good Very reasonable bar staff. Very comfy bedding with clean linen.
Cons: Staff very welcoming, a nice clean room with all that you'd expect for a B&B.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff, bed and the cleanse plus location right outside where i was looking to visit.
Cons: all was good
