Staff across the board were friendly and helpful. The main lobby is great - great shops and a wonderful Starbucks!! Access to Ala Moana Mall is fun. Closest hotel to the Kakaako neighborhood, but still close to Waikiki.
The air conditioning in our room smelled of mold. Our lanai looked down on two strip clubs and desperate homeless people. The steak restaurant in the hotel was massively overpriced. Pool was dirty and very plain.
The location was perfect. We didn't want to be in the heart of Waikiki, but close to it. And we also wanted to be close to where we could get inexpensive food and still have access to four start restaurants.
We didn't like that we couldn't stay longer. That place was terrific.
Starbucks in the building
Everything needs to be cleaned and updated. The rooms are way too small.
Bed quality. Sea view
It needs a renovation
It was a beautiful hotel in a fantastic location. It was so easy to walk to all our destinations and being connected to the Ala Moana Shopping Centre was just so good!
