Housekeeping was meticulous and excellent!
Location is close to tourist attractions! The Resort Fee of US$25 per day should be OPTIONAL because not everybody using amenities, such as swimming pool, gym and long distance call, etc. People don’t use the facilities subsidies those who use them! Also, only told about this when checking in at the counter, put my holiday mood into a tailspin!
Pros. Staff was superb. From front entrance to the staff cleaning the rooms. All made the stay even better.
Cons. The Pool is a bit cold to swim in for the start of March. Front desk is walled off with clear plexiglass, which is good, but it makes it tough to communicate with the staff in the newly remodeled lobby.
Pros. Central location. Nice and helpful staff. There was a bathtub. Hot tub.
Cons. We were there for a romantic trip and they put us in a room with two full beds (not enough room for both of us to sleep comfortable together) so on our romantic trip we had to sleep in seperate beds. Pool and hot tub were tiny and in an awkward location.
Pros. Clean and in the heart of Waikiki
Cons. Added resort fees and parking fees
Pros. My mom passed away in California while i was on vacation and the staff helped me change my departure date and didnt bill me for the four days i missed which was excellemt because online it said NO REFUNDS! It saved me a bunch of money which i then had to pay the airlines to change my flight. You win some, you lose some. The activities woman was awesome and helped me to go snorkeling at the very last minute. She was very kind. All of the staff was very kind in my time of grief.
Cons. Unsecured WIFI
