Pros: We liked the room and the food. Their Veg hotel ( Green Mist) is very good and the Sambar is awesome. Honestly did not expect a hotel in Hospet to maintain this quality and taste. Breakfast spread is good and the Bar is also pretty good. All in all very good experience. Mr. Maruthi ( from the front office) also organized for a guide and that helped us to appreciate Hampi better.

Cons: Suggestions for Improvement: 1. They should provide an exhaust fan in the Bathroom. You feel suffocated when you close the Bathroom door and only a small vent as exhaust.

Cons: - not a good location - some rooms are next to their bar , lot of noise at night - some of the staff are not trained well . Some are very good . So there is no consistency - post 11:30 pm nobody will pick the call from room service . - if you get better deal from royal orchid Keerthi go for it .

Pros: Hotel is all that a customer expert . Good service, best breakfast served, very good restaurant within campus, no need worry about food. Although it's away from Hampi city but just takes 15 to 20 mint to reach any of sites so no need to worry overall very good experience and totally recommend to book the room here.

Cons: In the toilet, the seat was broken. The washbasin was also in good shape. Settop box remote didn't work. We got a replacement and was fine then. AC remote was not working. Had to use Mi Remote on my Redmi Note 3 instead. The Mi Remote worked amazingly well. Room service was ok.

Cons: Restaurant seems to be mismanaged and crowded, as lot of people are coming and less space to sit at time of breakfast, lunch and dinner. Washrooms taps on 4th floor rooms were leaking, no toilet paper in washrooms.

Cons: We have reached to the hotel at 3.00 p.m and asked the receptionist for the room, which was booked through Bookings.com. He told me that you have booked the deluxe room with Non A/c. I told him that it was A/C room. He has argued with me that it was Non A/C only. I showed him the message with A/c booking. He told me that cancel the reservation through Bookings.com, as there is no charge. He will allot the room at Rs.2000 per day and for 2 days it will cost Rs. 4000. If you book through booking.com, you need to pay Rs. 5600, it will cost more than booking directly and save Rs. 1600. I told them not required. Then he allotted A/C room No.319. We want to fresh up, there is no hot water and asked him the same, he told me that Hot water will come only 6.30 A.m to 9.30 A.m. We surprised that even budget hotels also provide the hot water. We saw that the towels are so dirty. Next day, we wake up early in the morning and waiting for hot water for bathing. Even at 7.00 am also hot water not came. We called the receptionist and asked for the same. He told me it will come with 5 minutes and the same has not come. After repeated remainders, the boy brought 2 buckets of hot water. In the evening, we came back to the hotel, there is no parking facility for my vehicle. Next day also, they didn't provide the hot water. Even we asked the receptionist about the same, he told me that you can complain to bookings.com. I strongly suggest the experience of stay is worst and suggested not to book this hotel. Staff is also not cooperative. Not at all value for money.

Cons: The vegetarian restaurant is full in the evening and I have to wait long to get a table. Breakfast should be ready latest by 0700 hrs. Most of us staying here will be visiting the Hampi ruins and we would like to leave by 0730 am considering the long day we spend there

Pros: Big rooms and the showers are excellent (actual shower as opposed to a wet room). The restaurant serves a variety of dishes, both local and foreign. Walking distance to the train station as well as the bus station which takes you to Hampi (Bus no. 12).

Cons: Communication could be better at the hotel. We arrived early by train and were allowed to check in straight away, which we thought was very nice of them. Later that evening we were then told that we would have to check out by 8am the next day because of the early check in. This really didn’t help us out and if we were told that from the start we would not have checked in early.

Pros: Lovely bar and restaurant just over the road. Easy access to train or bus. Hampi a short bus ride away.

Cons: We suspect this hotel was refurbished several years ago. Since then the facilities have deteriorated to an in acceptable level. We changed rooms to get a working shower and safe. Got the former but not the latter. They seemed totally unconcerned that the safe did not work. Not much point anyway as it was not bolted down! Furniture scratched and broken reinforcing the shabby decor. Supposed to be fast check in - that alone took 45 minutes. Breakfast was poor too with a choice of only half a dozen items. No buffet.

Pros: The hotel is a 10 minutes walk for the railway station. The room is very big, has TV, WiFi air-con and a shower (plus a mini fridge and kettle). Very good stay overall. The staff is extremely nice and helpful, they will find a way to accommodate your needs!

Cons: The area is a bit noisy as it’s on the Main Street, also they could add more options for breakfast (omelette or bread with butter and jam) as they only offer South Indian breakfast. I couldn’t pay with my Visa card.

Cons: The hotel advertise that all rooms have AC, this is not the case. When we questioned this, the man on reception just kept repeating there is no AC, even though there was a unit in the room and a remote control. It just needed to be switched on from the mains, and they refused to do it. We were also overcharged by an additional 25%. When asked why we had to pay extra, we were told it was a Booking.com fee, which should be their responsibility to pay. Very dishonest hotel.

Cons: Our pillow looked like it was tied to the back leg of a donkey while it ran down a dirty alley. We had one thin (and too small) mustard yellow throw as a blanket. The throw blanket reeked and looked like it was washed once in 1995. We slept in our clothes to avoid having it touch our body. It gets cold at night and we were chilly. But, if our uncomfortable sleep was not enough, you will be sure to be woken by screams from parents and kids in the early morn. We could not wait to change our hotel. To top it off, we had to pay in cash as their card reader coincidentally would not accept our card.

Pros: All perfect. Rooms are clean and big. We even got a welcome drink! The restaurant on the rooftop is nice and they serve good food.

Cons: The food is good but not great. We had, however, recently stayed at a complex where the food was outstanding so probably hard to compete.

Cons: Individual staff good but management disorganised. I had to wait for 15’ to get a bottle of water. Breakfast poor - terrible coffee, no eggs and when we asked for bananas they said no way. The hotel is surrounded by banana plantations....

Pros: The swimming pool is lovely, but lacks basic equipment (almost no sunbeds). Distance from Hampi is fine, a few kilometers but easily done with a rickshaw.

Cons: The place is quite pretentious, pretending to be luxury but lacking some basic elements (poor lighting in rooms, lack of sunbeds near the pool...) Breakfast is very average. And the overall atmosphere is weird. What really annoyed us was the attitude of staff and management. Despite sleeping one night at the hotel (and having arrived quite late on the day of our check-in), we had to literally beg and negotiate for the hotel staff to give us some complimentary wifi access after our check-out (they ended us giving us 30 min access) so that we could check our train schedule for that same night. We also had to pay again to wait by the pool for a couple of hours after our check-out, as our train was late at night. Frankly, we found this very unfriendly.

Cons: Lack of training for staff. Manager was intrusive interrupting our peaceful afternoon tea and by the pool. Should have spent more time giving his staff good training so they could do their job properly. Decoration and cleaning of Windows was poor. Poor lighting in room and three bulbs broken. Taps in bathroom dirty and toilet system leaking by handle. Very poor selection in main restraurant and the use of a mobile phone whilst serving us by manager.

Pros: Its an old property changed hands and undergone major changes. Nice and comfortable with clean room. No food but nearby plenty of eating places within 50 metres. Walking distance to bus stand and I got an excellent and safe place to park my car for three nights arranged by the hotel. I would strongly recommend this property to travellers.They wont be disappointed

Pros: I booked this Hotel because I couldn’t find anything in Hampi. Hospet is only 15min away from Hampi, so this was a good solution, and it turned out really good. The room was big and the bed was soft and comfortable, hard to find such a bed in this price range. The room was spacious and the Hotel nearby the bus station. Rickshaws are waiting next to the Hotel, and everything is in walking distance.

Pros: My booking was for 2 nights & I was required to check out at 8 in the morning. My return journey was to start at 9 pm. During these 12 hours the front desk staff allowed me to occupy the same room with charges of single occupancy. I really appreciate this decision of the concerned staff.

Cons: The property didn't have it's restaurant. I have suggested them to atleast provide tea/ coffee maker in every room.

We were not welcome at all, they were totally useless when it came to help us, and they were very despising. Also, the wifi was not working at all, and even though we asked them to help us with that, they didn’t even try to help us, they just continued with their life, not caring at all about our well being here. And they asked us to check out at 7.45 whereas it’s clearly mentioned 9 on their page. Book another hotel, this one is not worth it.

Cons: I happened to extend my stay for another day, but got a Deluxe room. I felt the hotel was trying to cut down on cost with something very basic. Eg: No intercoms, no additional water, no ac remote for rooms below the premium class!! The location of the property isn't Hospet. It is 25 KM's from Hampi.
