Summary of reviews
Guests say
Most guests were very dissatisfied with their stay, citing severe cleanliness issues such as dirty rooms, stained bedding, unclean bathrooms, and even pests. Many also complained about unhelpful or rude staff, and some mentioned misleading advertising regarding amenities and breakfast. The breakfast itself was frequently described as disappointing, with limited options and poor quality. Only a few reviews noted friendly staff or good location, but these positives were overshadowed by the negative experiences.AI-Generated from customer reviews
