8.3 Excellent
Pros: Room was clean, reasonably sized. Staff was professional, friendly. Offered toothbrush without issues, when I forgot mine. Hotel is new and clean overall. Dining options 5 minute walk away. Appreciated that there was exercise room (though not perfect- see "what I dont like"), there is also a pool (but looked a bit murky).
Cons: Dining room was outfitted with plastic cutlery and paper plates- never before seen. Dining room itself, though large, was not particularly comfortable- felt like high school cafeteria, rather than hotel room. Exercise room equipment was broken, there were no mats and trash not taken out in the morning.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Nice wide hallways and the room was clean. Staff was very accommodating and friendly.
Cons: The only thing we didn't like was that the floor was quite slippery and my wife had difficulty getting in and out of bed as a result. We also could have used more baggage carts--all were being used when we checked out and there were only 3or 4 to start.

Pros: Breakfast was very good compared to most.
Cons: The location is right off of the freeway near the strip malls. It wasn't a very inspiring location for our sight seeing vacation. St. Annes's near by may have a more charming alternative.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The bed was comfortable and both my mother and I loved to have the soft or hard choice of pillows. The pool was incredible and loved that it was salt and not chlorine.
Cons: As it was a new hotel my GPS has me going around in circles. When booking maybe the staff could let people know of this and how to get to the address.

7.5 Good
Pros: Good location close to Montreal.
Cons: You can hear everything. Ice not cleared from walkways.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Value for money. Was cheap, and doesn’t look good on the outside, but the room had been re-done and was comfortable. Had a fridge, two chairs, and a non-saggy bed. Was also very close to the highway, to get going in the morning.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: This an awesome motel. We stayed in the studio room 1, and loved the modern décor and all the extra touches to make it feel like home. Also loved the private balcony.
Cons: The bed was a bit hard for someone that needs a little cushion. Also, it would be nice to see paper towel and a dish towel added to the kitchen.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beds comfortable, very quiet room, easy access to room, right on the river so will be even nicer spring through fall.
Cons: Some ice and water where step up from pavement to porch. Used next step down the porch instead.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: It’s quite clean and comfortable!
7.0 Good
Cons: First hotel that I have stayed in where they do not make up the beds during the day. There is a small desk for working but no chair for it.
7.0 Good
Cons: No water for showers.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: No need to look around. Absolutely best place for the money. I'm surprised when I entered the nicely designed room that you can only find in 3 star+ hotels.
5.8 Okay
Pros: The room was hot when we entered late at night .. The air conditioner was small and noisy but did a reasonable job at cooling down the room for sleeping ...
Cons: One of the windows could not be locked....seriously ... No bowls for cereal that we had brought with us ..
5.8 Okay
Pros: the location...
Cons: the risk of falling down both at the entrance of the office and the entrance of the room due to the fact that the ice was not remove and the floor was very slippery.

Pros: Breakfast was really tasty, the staff were helpful and friendly and the bed was super comfy!!
Cons: We found the room to be very humid but there is air conditioning and extra fans if needed so not really an issue!
9.3 Excellent
Pros: breakfast was great. menu had a variety of choices. friendly staff
Cons: better description on booking.com regarding the private room. it had no door, so no privacy while someone slept on the sofa bed in the living room
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Good breakfast selections
Cons: didn't feel the bad was frash
6.8 Good
Pros: Room was quiet. Bed was comfy.
Cons: We booked a room with a queen bed & sofa bed. Upon arrival in the afternoon, we were told no sofa beds or cots were available. A gracious customer agreed to swap rooms with us, but the front desk clerk was unwilling to assist in any way. Very disappointing.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The rooms are huge! They are also nice and clean. Theres a fridge...that works! We also made use of the kitchenette on the second floor when we were snacking on some leftovers, nice to have access to a microwave, and dishes etc.
Cons: The kitchen was closed, and we had looked forward to breakfast.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Free hot breakfast
Cons: Looks like the decoration hasn’t been upgraded since the 90s.
5.8 Okay
Pros: It was in a nice place and had lovely areas to walks It was comfortable
Cons: We was supposed to have breakfast included and was told it was from 7.30am but no-one showed up and there was no-one to ask as there was no staff around. when we left at 8.15 we just had to post the keys through the reception door letter box. The hotel had been recently taken over by new people so I think this was just teething problems
6.3 Good
Pros: Close to the highway
Cons: Checked in last minute for a late night stay, we thought payment was handled through booking.com and no one mentioned anything when we checked in, got a call later the next day stating we had not paid, had to call the hotel and give them a credit card number.
7.5 Good
Pros: Breakfast was nice
6.3 Good
Pros: Room was large and clean. The pool was nice and clean. Price included breakfast but staff didn’t show up to open kitchen for breakfast. When we asked for a discount on room, the manager threw $20 at me and basically told me to screw off.

Pros: The gorgeous gardens the peace and super friendly people!! Although having no A/C was a super shock!! we had been inform our room had a private bathroom yet the translation was wrong but thats ok all was beautiful
Cons: Fans in room??
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Very clean, very quiet. Great rest. The only issue is that toilet and shower is not within room but was expecting so and hotel provides nice robes to get there.
5.5 Okay
Pros: The location is great beside some nice trails and close to the Oka park.
Cons: It was very hot in our room when we arrived as they have no air conditioning and we did not know about it. The restaurant was closed. We had no idea a hotel would not open its restaurant every day on the peak of the Summer! The receptionist could not inform us about the area and its trails. Finally the breakfast was a total deception... with so much local produce in that area and nice cheeses and cakes at their store, ALL they serve is the poorest continental breakfast I have ever since. Only bread and one kind of expired muffins!
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Location is nice. Stuff is welcoming. There is a little farm with pigs, ducks at the territory.
Cons: The room was very small and hot.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: This place is great. The room was cozy. The gardens are nice. The building is kept in excellent conditions. Breakfast was good, and included some local products like the Oka cheese, bread and honey. Kudos to all the staff. Super friendly and helpful. I felt liked a valued customer, as it should always be.
Cons: It seems that there are only rooms with shared bathrooms. It really didn't bother me much, though, because they were kept very clean. However, I could hear from the room every door being opened and closed. I would like the rooms to be better soundproofed.
6.8 Good
Pros: Great old building, quiet.
Cons: Checked in on Sunday, shared washrooms had not been cleaned and didn't get cleaned.
7.5 Good
Pros: Quiet location and very clean.
Cons: Very basic room and breakfast.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: I went for a wedding. The venue was beautiful. The grounds were simply gorgeous . The bedroom was small but very clean . The bed was very comfortable . The best I have had from any hotel.
Cons: There was nothing I didn’t like
5.8 Okay
Pros: Comfortable bed. Good shower. Majestic building. Nice grounds. (That I couldn't walk in).
Cons: Shared bathroom. No tv. No air con. Small room. Sad to non existant breakfast. A film company had hired rude security people to keep visitors from walking in the grounds.
5.5 Okay
Pros: This was a lovely location, the rooms had pretty matching bedding & the one girl running the show was friendly enough but there is little else positive to say. When we arrived we had to call (a transatlantic number for us) to get someone to come to the reception to give us our keys - one of which was apparently lost. This one person seemed to be busy changing laundry as all the other rooms had dirty sheets on the floor out in the corridor (at 8pm ish).
Cons: Breakfast was the worst experience ever - no service - we had to search the abbey & wait 30 minutes for someone to refill the coffee (& no water to make tea). The bagels were on a bench still in their plastic packaging, the fruit salad likewise, there were oats but no microwave for cooking them - only 2 broken toasters!!

7.0 Good
Pros: The bed was extra clean, many pillows, very white and very comfortable. The reception acted promptly to stop the hallway party.
Cons: The entrance to the inn was very unattractive. The reception area was very old, duct tape on Fraser's handle, an old old safe in sight and greasy counter obviously not cleaned. The receptionist was insulting about my French accent. I am from Ontario.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Excellent good place for rest during a long drive, Excellent location in the mid way of highway, Rooms and bed very comfort. Wash room and shower function both good and clean. Staffs perform very polite and responsible. Hotel surround facilities have 24hrs store, gas station in beside, SubWay, Burger King and Eggcellent just down stair, let you have choice what you like.
Cons: Why dislike ? Its not a hotel resort. It is short rest place for long distance driving which just in the middle of highway What you expected ?

Pros: Location
Cons: Coffee was cold in the morning, Milk had soured Grounds appeared run down Had to move out due to the flood and staff made no arrangements or suggestions for their displaced costumers.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The table d'hôte at the hotel's restaurant was Delicious! Great food and Linda was really attentive.
Cons: Some of the baths and sauna were not open but as we were only few guests, it wasn't really an issue.
7.5 Good
Pros: The grinds, staff and location were all great
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location was amazing! We felt so welcomed and valued.
Cons: It seemed like it needed a little repair and updating.
7.0 Good
Pros: The outdoor areas were nice and parking was easy. We felt safe and secure. The room was clean.
Cons: This is an older hotel and there were several maintenance issues. Our room was dimly lit and with ALL of the lights on, still dark. We had to return to the front desk numerous times. Once for the wifi password which should have been given at check in or in the room. Once for the TV not working, and again to get batteries for the AC remote which should have been checked and replaced when the room was cleaned before our arrival. We paid $136.00 per night US and felt this room was overpriced. The back yard (spa area) was lovely and we enjoyed the outdoor seating. The breakfast was a very basic continental with canned tasting orange juice, bread and cheese.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful Place on kind-of an island. Quiet Surroundings. Great Spa - Pools, Hot Tubs, Fire Place. Nice Place to Relax. Breakfast was included on our reservation package.
Cons: Insects and mosquitoes in the area - take your insect repellant with you! Low Quality Wifi. Very small breakfast.
7.0 Good
Pros: Clean rooms with hard wood floors. Quiet and relaxing campus (only mature adults, no children). We liked restaurant the most: the 3 course Table de hote option only cost 39$ but was extremely delicious and healthy: you could feel everything was fresh and made from scratch. The server lady was extremely friendly accommodating: we do not eat sugar so she offered to replace dessert with something else on exceptional basis. Breakfast was good too: a healthy selection of eggs, cheese, fruit, cereal, milk, yogurt and pastry.
Cons: The reception staff were not very welcoming. The two young ladies appeared to be very stressed because of lack of experience, and I was under the impression that they were impatient for client to leave before he/she asks another question. The check-in line was huge because all three women were checking in one client only: why not taking one client each? And our check-in was constantly interrupted because a previous guest needed credit card machine (I guess there was only one). So why not finishing with 1 guest first and then move to another? We honestly wanted to leave after such welcome, but glad we did not as the restaurant experience was great.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The magic place
9.5 Excellent
Pros: I love love the spa area, except 1 off the steam rooms wasn't in good condition. The best part was the fireplace in the bedroom. I would also have liked the option for a pedicure.
Cons: It's a little far away from the center of Montreal The Restaurant was nice but I expected more
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location, the staff, the food and for sure the amazing spa.
Cons: Everything was perfect. Nothing to complain.

Pros: The place was clean. Lots of parking for bigger vehicles. Great location and staff was nice I should say I only stayed for the night from 9pm-10am (only needed the shower really)
Cons: The only thing I didn’t like was that they have a Very small hot water tank For what I paid for So more then 1 person might have an issue as its only hot for 20min or so

Pros: Location was convenient. Easy walk to store, restaurants and to coffee shop. We stayed for 3 nights so it was nice to sit outside our room in the evenings. P.s. we had lawn chairs with us. Room was clean, towels nice and white.
Cons: The bed in our room was hard and uncomfortable. However, parents in the next room said their bed was comfortable. Perhaps upgrades are in progress but not all rooms yet??

3.3 Mediocre
Pros: We had our rental car stolen from the property and they told the police they had no security cameras on the parking lot. Our room was not cleaned for the first 2 days after our arrival and no fridge either. Had to go to the desk and make a request. Value for price paid is totally unacceptable. Was also told by Locals that they knew which hotel we were staying at as the Imperia without us mentioning the place.
Cons: Staff was just ignoring us and provided absolutely no help with the stolen car. Refer to above comments!
7.5 Good
Pros: Clean
4.3 Okay
Cons: No fridge in room. I found it expensive for two nights . They didnt do a good job refreshing our room for the second night.
9.4 Excellent
Pros: Big Room, Smart TV, Friendly Staff, Nice Bar/Restaurant, Wired Internet available. I loved the Shower with over head faucet.
Cons: Wireless was Very Slow (like a few min just to load an email), but that could also be cause i was in a corner room. but luckily i brought an Ethernet cable with me and was able to plug in, after which even streaming video worked fine.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Very Nice décor. Beautiful room with superbe bathroom with jet tub.
2.5 Mediocre
Cons: They allowed a massive party to continue until after 4am... arriving from a funeral we needed to sleep at a reasonable time...even 12 or 1 am would have been acceptable...but 4am!?! Beds are aweful and please....trying to bait us with the large display of ridiculously overpriced booze and chips...sorry..you struck out there.
4.3 Okay
Pros: Not much about the property.
Cons: A lot of construction, lack of parking, lots of holes and ruts in the parking area, exercise room was very old and elliptical did not work, room was old and stains on carpet, chair in the room was old and torn.
3.0 Mediocre
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Everything
8.3 Excellent
Pros: the staff was very accommodating
Cons: So here's the big issue - the hotel is undergoing renovation. I'm looking forward to what this place will become, but it's not there yet. This condition may/may not affect your room - it affected my room and my stay. However, the mgmt was very helpful in making things right in the end.
