They nickel and dime you for a lot of things. For example, valet parking is $45 per night. And no other good alternatives exist. Also resort fee is added every night. Rooms are getting a little old as well. You can see the wear and tear. Location is awesome though and facilities not too bad either. Pools and slides are great for kids. Walk to the beach is also a plus.
Pros. .
Cons. .
Cons. Service, food and property was good .Beach location was wonderful
Pros. The staff was absolutely amazing. So friendly and accommodating. Really made the hotel something special.
Cons. The shower/bathroom wasn't great, and the walls were paper thin. Also, the bed wasn't very comfortable.
Cons. Our hotel reeked of smoke even though it was considered a non-smoking room. I wouldn't have minded except that I have two young children and the hotel was at 100% capacity. Also, $38/night for parking is a little ridiculous.
Pros. The hotel was clean and location was fantastic.
Cons. No parking. I was charged a 25$ fee per day as a "resort fee". I have never seen this in my entire life, and this fee was not included when I made the booking. I feel cheated by kayak. Complained to reception at checkout and they said all I can do is email kayak.
Pros. Beach front location.
Cons. Not worth it, deluxe king $536 was dated and noisy on the ground floor. Lots of extra charges - rest fee $25, valet $36, breakfast allowance $75, if two people take the buffet and have a coffee each that's already over the $75 allowance! Rude, defensive front desk. Very unimpressed.
Pros. Loved the pools and access to so many things around the hotel
Cons. The smoke detectors went off at 3:15 am in both the hallway and 1 of our 2 room suite! A neighbor then began yelling at someone else about having a cigarette. We even had to change from our original room due to the lingering smell of smoke from previous guests.
Pros. Great location with everything you could ever want in a resort hotel.
Pros. The hotel was very accommodating and the staff was nice. They had all the amenities from beech crushers to surf boards. The kids had fun in the pools and roasting marshmallows. All around great time!!!!
Cons. The long walk to the room from the lobby!
