I accidentally left my iPad in the room. When I called later, the nice person I spoke to was able to find it promptly and make arrangements to ship it to me by UPS. I offered both postage and a reward, but both were refused (nonetheless, I have to send something). This was great service and attention to clients' needs.
Cons. We stayed here before a flight out of indy. We selected it because of its low price only to find out later that it is another $29 to leave your car. It was dirty and not well maintained. We were told the shuttle left at 4 and 4:45 the next morning and I told him we would be down for one of them. The next morning we were called at 10 till four saying we had to be at the 4 o'clock one because we didn't schedule another pick up time?! We had an 11 month old with us so this wouldn't work. They did work with us in the end and agree to come get us at 4:30.
Pros. Room was clean, in a safe area close to downtown.
Cons. Hallway, elevator, and stairs were very dirty. I notified the front desk about someone trashing the stairwell by our room and it was still dirty when we left a few days later.

Pros. This was a great stay - close to the city and all the activities we were doing but a much more affordable package then a downtown option. It could use an up-grade, but the beds were very comfortable and the staff very friendly!

It was supposed to be nonsmoking, but we arrived late and were too tired to get another room. We did tell the front desk about the carpet and we said it smelled of stale cigarettes. He looked shocked. Really! Apprehensive about staying again.
