Breakfast and parking lot Bath room too small and no bath tub
Conveniently located near to rail station, easy to find. Nearby shopping centre, public transport and park. Innsbruck is a beautiful city surrounded by mountains and overall I found Austrian hospitality to be excellent Duty manager on our first evening was a little abrupt and not particularly helpful. The remainder of staff were friendly and helpful.
the room was very spacius and comftortable nice location the breakfast very poor
Very friendly and helpful staff explaining all details you would need for your stay. Room as well as linens, towels, etc, were very clean. Room size is suitable for the number of people assigned. The best experience is free of charge (at least when I stayed...) parking at the backyard, and the rich breakfast served. Check out was also quick and precise. The decoration of the bathroom is a bit from 70s, but really very clean and tidy..
The persons in the reception were good. We were able to checkin even at 10' o clock. The hotel was okie in all aspects but i felt that the price was a bit higher for the hotel.
The location was good and close to the train station. The rooms was comfortable and the sauna was great after a day of skiing.
staff were friendly, and location good rooms and hotel smelt strongly of smoke bathroom old and not very clean, rooms old and not very clean, beds uncomfortable, generally not worth the budget cost
Very comfortable and clean
It was about 15 min walk from the center. Staff was helpful when we had a problem with a shower they came straight away to fix it. I can say it is absolutely true what was written on website, the whole hotel smells of bad smoke! It's horrible! Fortunately our room did not smell so much smoke so it was ok. Breakfast is very low standard for a 3 star hotel, had no warm food and no vegetables at all! We had to tell the receptionist when we wanted to go to use the sauna so they would start to warm it for us..
Good breakfast buffet.
Cleanliness, quality of furnishings, quietness, delicious breakfast, very comfortable bed It is a pity the restaurant is not open on Sunday for lunch or a snack - so many other places are closed on a Sunday, it would have been nice to relax in the hotel in the morning, or go to church, and then not have to worry about finding somewhere to eat....
Friendly staff, good restaurant, nice view over the town and mountains. room was a bit small
hotel staff was very helpful with all our request. the room was quiet loud (next to heavy traffic).
room arrangement (connecting rooms) for family are exceptional. located right next to park is very nice although is about 1 mile away to old town it's a little bit distance to the old town although it's really close to train station
The staff. We had to leave early in the morning and were too early for breakfast so they packed us a takeaway lunch
Very welcoming and extremely helpful.
Quite location The hotel does not automatically supply tea and coffee for your room but do so on request. This includes the kettle and cups. Milk is a problem as although tea bags etc are left out in reception milk never is. The small cartons ran out after the first day!!
The room was spacious with a big bathroom. A very comfortable bed with different pillows. The hotel has its own parking lot for only 10 euros. Marvellous view on the mountain range. Good breakfast! Helpful staff taking good care of their guests.
The hotel was lovely and very close to many sites and the train station (bus stop ver close), staff was wonderful, there was a free computer to use or you could rent one to use in the room with free wireless internet for €5 a day, the beautiful park right across the street (with a view of the mountains), the option of a non-smoking room for breakfast and non-smoking section for dinner, the restaurant was lovely and very reasonable and had a good variety (the service was fabulous), room was comfortable and nice; I really enjoyed my stay. The price was a little high for me, but not too bad considering the quality; very expensive for laundry service (€5 for one pair of pants)
The room was great with excellent view. Very comfortable. The restaurant was outstanding - good food, great presentation. We went back to eat there even though we had many other options. Once we learned how to get there it became easy to come and go. Excellent value. We stayed at 7 hotels on this trip. This one was at top of the list. No complaints.
The size of the room was average to good. Not too far from the city center. The breakfast wasnt that good, expected lot more. There was no kettle in the room. The bathroom didnt quite have the shower gels and soaps which are of a standard of 4 star hotel. Moreover, the hotel didnt have a cloakroom as well. I wouldnt say that it was good value of the money spent.
It was quite good to stay there. The rooms were very clean and warm. The breakfast was good and the staff gave us all the info and help that we needed during our stay.
The hotel is close enough to the center to walk, and pass through a nice park on the way.
room is clean and quiet . suitable size for sightseeing use. hotel restaurant's meal is worst taste of the world. less than instant foods.........
Food was great. My room was great (it was double) but I saw single room - you hardly move. To stay a short term is ok. Bad is, that sauna center works only from 16-21h.
Polite employees, comfortable and clean room The employees of the restaurant were not / professional.. but the food was good
Enjoyed the dinner and breakfast - it was comfortable and the staff pleasant - car park in hotel was a good point - room's central heating operated efficiently. - easy to find our way as it was well signposted. The only downside was the bus parties arriving and swamping the dining room, causing a stir and a bit busy. This was experienced in 3 other hotels - booked through you.
the location in a quiet street
The hotel rooms were good, fair for their price, the breakfast selection was good and it wasn't too far from town; the hotel was about 5-10 minute walk from the Innsbruck Hbf and 15-20 minutes from old town
Price and easy to find. We asked the dark haird gal at the reception desk for directions to a restaurant that was close by, as my mother in law walks with a cane. We did not find the hotel and returned to the hotel. The receptionist asked us if we found it and when we said no, she and her friend both laughed. I do not have a problem with the fact that we didn;t find the restaurant... it happens. I was very offended by their callous attitude and the disrespect that I felt was shown to my mother in law by their actions. Due to this, I will not return and will not reccomend.
The balcony with view over the mountains. The nice design of the room. The bathroom with the sliding door, which is an opaque glass so you clearly see what´s going on inside. Plus, there is no lock, and when it is "closed" a narrow gap remains that let you see through.
It was well located for me and also a quite location. Room is quite small and under the roof. Getting warm in Summer.
nice room, for a nice price. excellent location.
Great, clean bathroom. Small but adequate room. two twin beds pushed together was a bit uncomfortable for two people.
The facilities are great and is placed in a very quiet zone. I has a very good breakfast. It's quite far from the centre but you can walk for >15min or take a bus.
Room was tiny but very modern and clean. Beautiful skylight-like window that opened to a view of the mountains, and let in outside air nicely. Room was extremely small even just for two people with one backpack each. Made it a little hard to move around.
The views from our windows were outstanding. The breakfast was also excellent and we appreciated not having smokers in the vicinity of the breakfast room. The bed in our room was barely bigger than a single bed whilst our travelling companions had much bigger beds and more modern bathrooms.
+ clean room + nice bathroom + good price - Wifi was not free in our room, only in the lobby (why? it makes the lobby crowded and there was no mention of this on the website) - parking only till 9AM - breakfast not included (15 EUR each, we opted to eat somewhere else)
specialy nothing, but everything was OK no
I think that the 4-star rating does not apply. Also, the fact that check-out time is 11AM!
First place in Europe that allowed my whole family to stay in the same room. The bathroom was extremely small. Although a non-smoking room could smell smoke. Standing water in shower. The card key was the Key for the electricity for the room. Light for the bathroom was a motion sensor. When someone used the bathroom at night the light stayed on for a few minutes waking everyone and would turn off while in the shower or using the restroom.
A quaint clean hotel that was inexpensive - so good value - a 10 minute walk from the Alt Stadt (old city) and a 3 minute walk from the conference centre where my show was (congress messe). Friendly staff who arranged free parking 3 blocks away and allowed me to hang around after my stay to use their free internet as there are not a lot of wifi hotspots in Innsbruck.
