Cons. First 3 start hotel I've stayed in with no air conditioning and not fan. There were chips spilled on the lobby carpet which were not vacuumed up for 3 days. The towels were badly frayed and lamp shade in the room was broken. Defiantly not typical of the Swiss attention to details.
Pros. There was only one thing that was subpar about this place and that was its location. It's not too far from the main streets in Interlaken where all the restaurants, shopping, etc.
Cons. Although I booked a room which included breakfast, I was told that there was a problem with their system and its falsely mentioned 'breakfast included' at the time of my booking. I was also told by the receptionist that he was doing myself and my significant other a favor by giving us a double bed instead of a twin, contradicting to the full bed mentioned at the time of the booking. The room itself was in horrible shape and to make the experience worse, the bathroom sink didn't work. I would give this place a ZERO if that was possible. I would recommend everyone to stay away.
