Cons: "Packed in like sardines on an overnight flight. Awful food. Cheap fair seemed like a bargain until you find out that you have to pay an extra charge for the dubious privilege of reserving a seat way back in the 34th row."
Pros: "Economy very tight but whose isn’t. Best selection of movies relative to the competition."
Pros: "Crew was good. Very polite. The plane was old. No place to charge your phone. The in flight screen required the use of a remote which was inconvenient when having to wake up my neighbor to pull it out of the armrest. Food wasn’t great. Skipped the last meal service. It was like flying 20 years ago. Not bad, but not as good as it could be nowadays."

Cons: "they did not put our special meal request for the 1st leg of our journey .. it was only 2.5 hours flight.. so its okay,.. but generally not a good thing...experience at the Zurich airport was not good. They checked our passports 3 times before we got to our gate. Swiss airlines should account for these things when they give options for the connections. we had about and hour and half layover and did not even have time to have coffee or anything before a 9+ hour flight. We just ran from one flight to another and barely made to our flight.."

Cons: "I ordered a kosher meal and did not get it. The seats are very uncofmfortable. When the one in front puts their seat back it goes almost in to the face of the one behind."

Cons: "Mechanical issue put us out late, then weather kept us circleing for another 45 minutes. Spent the night at msp had to fly out the next day to final destination."
Cons: "If they had noticed the first plane was extremely hot before boarding everyone and leaving the gate and if once they found a new plane they had bothered to put fuel in it during the hour we deplaned, walked to a different terminal, and reboarded. Also, if they had passed out drinks or snacks during the flight."
Pros: "Everything was good starting with boarding to disembarking airplane. Crew was respectful and the airplane seemed to be clean in general. I’m flight entertainment is excellent and made the flight seem a lot shorter."
Cons: "Boarding pass has specific alphabet zones but boarding was done via cabin number which was slightly confusing. I didn’t realize that zone E is part of cabin 2. I think more clear instructions should be given."
Pros: "I think Delta is upping its game, and I’m pleased to see that. Almonds for snacks, phone info about the state of your checked bags—good stuff."
Cons: "Of course the seat was not “super comfortable,” but whe you pick Economy, you know that."

Pros: "The crew was awesome. The entertainment was great with a huge selection of movies. The food was really good."
Cons: "Boarding was delayed while waiting for Delta agents to come and assist people off of the plane."
Cons: "The flight was 2.5 hours late. Then it was freezing in the flight. I let the crew know and it warmed up at the front and back of the plane but it was unbearable in the middle. It took me two hours to warm back up!"
Food and staff were excellent. Seats on Saga (business class) are comparable to domestic first class of US Airlines, regarding space and recline. Entertainment options had little international component.

Pros: "Crew was great and seat comfortable except my entertainment system wasn’t working. But the crew member offered me a different seat."
Cons: "The crew was very interested in gossiping instead of assisting their first class passengers. I sat with the same trash since the 2nd hour on a 6 hour first class trip. The entire first class cabin all had their call lights on which were ignored for over an hour. If you asked for anything they seemed to be annoyed they had to stop talking to each other. The cabin was also very warm to be an international flight."

Cons: "Hate that seat backs now apparently are commercialized. You have to pay to get to recline, seems like."

Pros: "Reserved seats apart in exit row for extra legroom. When online checkin opened 24hrs before departure, found we had been moved. Moved us back during online checkin. Arrived at airport to find we had been moved again, but check in agent was very understanding and placed us in equivalent seats."
Cons: "I understand that seats reserved are not guaranteed, but to be moved twice by the airline was a negative, though it was made up for by the action of the understanding check in agent."
Pros: "Checkin counter was very helpful. Crew during the flight was polite and helpful even under the circumstances of having to deal with another airline's plane due to the MAX difficulties. The in flight entertainment is ok but hopefully they can get more current and a larger selection of movies."
Cons: "Boarding at the gate was unorganized even if the crew thinks it is ok. They call by rows but the attendants don't check and therefore the queue becomes a clump of people. The food offered either pre-ordered or bought on board leaves a lot to be desired."
Pros: "The crew tried to make up for an unforeseen event at the airport and at the airport they had already tried re booking us on different flights for the next day when we landed. They put us up in a hotel and gave us dinner."
Cons: "My baggage never arrived in Reykjavík. The Iceland Air baggage attendant was incompetent and illogical +told me to file a claim with Delta (who I was flying with the next day) and stated that “it will come.” He said they could not track my luggage and had no way to know where it was."
Cons: "I couldn’t make that flight since my flight from Paris was canceled. I hope I get refunded from the upgrade to business class I paid for."
The plan was late leaving missed connection, waited 3 hours for next flight.

Cons: "Paid extra for free booze, but they didn’t serve booze, except to first class of course. Saying the flight was so quick, they weren’t even getting it out."
Cons: "The gate agents called all boarding groups with the boarding queue extending the entire length of the jet bridge and into the terminal beyond the gate area, making us stand in line ten to fifteen minutes longer for no reason."
Pros: "The pilot made up for a lot of time. The flight was said to be 1 hr 40 minutes about but we touched down after about only 1 hour in the air. Deboarding was quick."
Cons: "The flight was delayed three times. We eventually boarded and then spent another 30 minutes waiting to taxi. Another narrow plane with not much room."
Cons: "Traveling during the holidays is never fun and a flight with American International doesn’t make it any better. No personal entertainment system on board, no place to charge a phone, an overnight flight with lights on bright enough to read by and a seat clearance of about 1cm."
Pros: "Flight was easy and quick. Staff was attentive and plane was clean. Plenty of room for this big guy in economy."
Cons: "Food selection are poor. Need to follow diet trends more closely. Diets are changing globally and we want healthier choices. On flight entertainment failed again on this flight. To keep people busy and engaged during fight it is very imperative to keep those systems updated and working. Helps relax customers and make the time fly. This was the 3rd fight that had issues with electronics."
Pros: "On time departure, this flight tends to get delayed, not this time. Good service and pleasant flight."

Cons: "Hmmm, everything. First we didn’t get the seats we selected, then we had to pay an extra 800 for my family to sit together. Took about an hour waiting on the tarmac. Then to top it off American Airlines broke my stroller and NO apology. Never again with a third party site or American Airlines"
Cons: "There was a delay from Charlotte to Dallas but not too much so it was fine. Once we arrived in Dallas, however, it took an absorbent amount of time for the crew to open the door. On top of that, the skyline in Dallas was broken down and it caused me to miss my flight completely. I’m a student so I don’t have much money so I had to “sleep” in the airport because I couldn’t get a hotel voucher due to the fact that I missed my flight due to the airport and not the airline itself. My next flight is tomorrow morning but now takes away time from an incredibly busy and tight schedule that I was on. Not happy at all with the Dallas airport."

Cons: "My seat got changed around after I have chosen my my preferred seat. I was the send all the way to the back last row with my 15 month old she counts sleep because of the bathroom noise. The I was given extra space just to be set back at where I was of some not explain reasons. Safety is the most and people weren’t checked for temperatures people where not making social distances... I believe they have not take mayor precautions for the pandemic they can do better..."

Cons: "American Air cancelled my flight two hours before departure and didn't rebook it. My trip to Atlanta was cancelled. I lost a lot of money and time since I drove 2 hours to get to Chicago airport to find out I couldn't even fly. I missed my weekend event. It was the most horrible bizarre experience."

Our flight was stuck on msp runway for 1 hour n 45 minutes before we were able to pull in to a gate to get off. No open gat"
Cons: "The upgrade standby list was never cleared. My production assistant was number 1 in line for an upgrade and didn’t get it because someone at DEN forgot to do their job."
Cons: "I made a reservation for my whole family and selected seats four month ahead (we reserved 1A, 1B, 1C, and 1D). One day before the departure, United informed me that one of my kid had to be moved to 11B a part from the rest of family due to a flight swap. When we started boarding, I noted someone else was sitting on my seat (1D) with his own boarding pass with 1D written. United crew politely asked if the gentlemen was willing to move to 6B, which his original seating in the system but he refused to do so. We' also personally explained to him that if he can yield the seat so that our family could sit together due to my wife's medical condition but he would not cooperate. I noted Those gentlemen on 1D and 1C are either buddies or coworkers. The crews were looking at each other without offering a solution. I ended up telling the crew that I could sit on 6B so that the plane can leave. The departure time was 20 min late u related my seating issue and de-icing took another 40 min. I am a Global Service member and I am very unhappy about the way the whole situation was created and handled by United."

Cons: "Crew was not available, that caused a delay. Bags were not loaded, that caused another delay. Gate was not available upon arrival, that caused yet another delay."
Pros: "We arrived on time despite leaving 45 minutes late"
Cons: "LAX now buses people to the planes. We stood on the bus for 45 minutes and then drove for 10 minutes on an active taxi way. The crew for united just does not seem motivated anymore on any flight. Even in first class we were offered water only 2 on a 5 hour flight. The crew just sat in the front and looked at their phones. The food made me sick for two days - so it is better to just not eat it and bring your own. It is sad as I united used to be a great airline and now they just seem to focus on what new fee they can charge."
