It was the second time for me to stay here. The price was more expensive than last year but the experience was the same.
Location is perfect for travellers. They have own Restaurant.
Could be more clean the bathroom. Pillow was like not to have at all, when you are sleeping you cant feel it. In Restaurant when is coming moment to pay the waiter said, that the service was not included. In Germany it is customary to tip, but I want to decide whether to leave or not, not when he asks me. I faund this rude.
Room with noce balcony, central and quiet in the village of Inzell. Enough parking spaces and a good restaurant around the corner.
The hotel is situated in a "hotel neighboorhood" with a residential feel to it. Meaning you can go for a stroll but all you will see are hotels (which look like big chalets). Which is not a negative compared to some locations where all you're gonna see are car dealers. The rooms are "as advertised". Good firm boxspring beds. Enough space. No airco. The bathrooms are modern but tiny. Taking turns is the motto. Breakfast was fine (in the same building). Not totally "continental", but enough variety. The number of tables in combination with the number of rooms could make it crowded I think. We did not see this though. Parking is right at the facility. If the 7 or 8 placec are full, just park across the street. It will tell you that you can't because it's reserved, but hey... :)
We were in the satellite building "Haus Bavaria", which gave me and the navigationsystem, a bit of a hard time, as this was mentioned nowhere during the process of booking nor confirmation.... We could not locate anybody to ask if we where at the right facility. And in the reservation confirmation, there's no mention of the fact that you have to check in, in the building behind "Haus Bavaria". That should be more clearly stated IMO. Staff seems to be Hungarian. Correct and efficient but not overly "warm". Don't expect a typical "Bayern welcome" and you're OK. Again, It is my opinion that the kind of hotels require airco. Now we had to have our balcony door open and "enjoy" rather load voices till 1:30AM. Not something the hotel management can remedy, but having an airco does not require to open the windows and doors for some much needed cool air.
The room was clean and modern. Good shower. There was a restaurant next door also owned by the hotel that gave 15% discount. Convenient location.
The staff were not particularly helpful or welcoming. The staff had very limited English which obviously made a difference. We couldn’t access the WiFi.
