Pros: The breakfast
Cons: The staff and the service are so poor comparing with the money paid. Once I reached the hotel at around 12Am there was no one to meet us in the entrance also they were closing the main way to the entrance you have to get down on the other way and cross some grass to get there. I shocked when someone told me sorry the bell boy not here we had to help ourselves

Pros: What a surprising gem in the desert! We wanted a hotel that was close to Ismaïlia, and ended up with a lakeside resort. Mohamed and their front team were fantastic. They organized daily drivers for us, and accommodated little requests daily. The food service was fantastic from Afifi and his team. Breakfasts and suppers everyday were unique and authentically Egyptian. Abdul did a great job keeping the pools spotless and keeping us entertained. What a great overall experience.
Cons: WiFi was accessible on the patio, but just wasn't what we are used to in Canada.
