Pros:
If you aren't using the third row the storage capacity is fantastic (which is what we did). Very smooth ride, with an amazing turning radius. It was a pleasure to drive.Cons:
Apparently the bluetooth was disabled. That is unfortunate as we like to ensure we are safely handsfree. It is big so we were concerned about getting into tight spaces but we didn't have any issues.Avis

Pros:
Mini-van was roomy and fuel efficient - credit to manufacturer only, NOT Avis.Cons:
Maintenance of vehicles is very poor. The minivan I was provided had severely high tire pressure. Rear passenger tire had such high tire pressure, the sensor warning light came on. Upon checking, tire pressure was at 80 PSI!!! Max tire pressure is 51 PSI and recommended pressure is 35 PSI. The tire was so over-inflated that a crack formed all the way around the outer wall. We are lucky the tire did not explode! We are very lucky to be alive. Avis needs to do a much better job of looking out for things like this before giving to renters. We are extremely disappointed!10.0 Wonderful

Pros:
I liked the car that I did receive though upon arrival they tried to give me something that WOULD NOT accommodate. But they gave me a Ford Escape which fulfilled all my expectations for my trip and it was a car that handled my needs along my journey. If I could I would buy this vehicle in the future.Cons:
When I arrived to pick the vehicle up, the clerk behind the desk was rude ( an Indian lady) . The attendant that was suppose to show the car to me, showed me something I did not reserve and did not like and he was very sloppy in his appearance. Once we changed vehicle's I asked the attendant to show me the spare tire just in case I got a flat on my trip...he did not know where the spare tire was. I asked the attended to show me how the devices inside the car, he barley new what was talking about. Then he left me with the car and went to some other customers though I was not finished asking questions. He needs training When I arrived from my trip the current agent behind the desk was still very rude and still carried and attitude. She needs more training.Airports serving Jackson
