We booked full size car and given midsize car instead. We went there twice to get changed. But they wouldn’t and won’t give SUV saying, we pay the difference. Whereas, midsize was being offered at $350 for the same period we paid almost 560+ to book full size car and still got midsize.

we had a midsize reservation but the branch didn't have it. I had a foot sugary and have to carry knee scooter and couldn't use the small car. The representative(s) at the Hertz office were so rude. they called 911 but since we didn't do anything wrong; the police officer didn't say anything to us.

Cons:

I prepaid for a full size vehicle for a week. When I got there they said they were out of full sized vehicle and only had a smaller compact size available. I had no choice but to take it since my family was leaving out of town. I was charged for a full sized vehicle and they said they could not refund the difference since I paid in advance. Never going there again!
