Located off the I -15 in jean, Nevada, only 27 minutes south of the strip, Terrible's Hotel & Casino features recently remodeled rooms and Jacuzzi suites, outdoor pool and spa, a casino, 24/7 Dennys Caf, steakhouse, snack bar and meeting space. The Casino offers a wide variety of gaming and live entertainment Tuesday thru Sunday night.
Pros: Easy off the freeway to avoid the Sunday traffic jam . Room clean, large and very quiet. Denny’s restaurant was surprisingly good.
Cons: Bit dark and old
Pros: The housekeeping staff is nice and the free breakfast is decent. That’s the only good part.
Cons: Customer service. We tried to check out a day early and they wouldn’t let us so we’re getting charged for an extra night. The staff has a terrible attitude and is very unhelpful and borderline hostile if you do more than just check in. They will not try to help you. I would NOT recommend this hotel. And based on our experience here, I would be very hesitant and skeptical of any Terribles hotel. Also, the cleanliness of your room definitely depended on which housekeeper cleaned your room. We had one who was excellent, the others the room was barely cleaned.
Cons: The door handle for the room did not work properly.
Cons: Customer service was terrible. The staff had a terrible attitude and was very unhelpful.
Pros: The price, no resort fee and no deposit if you pay cash.
Cons: The place is old and needs a major makeover. The carpet on almost floors in the hallway are atrocious. They need to all the rooms on all floors not just the 5th floors. The hotel is very outdated.
Pros: Location and staff
Pros: The room was suppose to be non smoking and it smell of stale smoke, the carpet felt sticky to bare feet like it had a lot of spills and hasn't been clean in a long time. Old, old carpet. The bathroom floor connection to the shower was comming
Pros: Compared to other hotels in the surrounding area, the price was cheap.
Cons: Not enough staff to assist at check-in. Room was supposed to be upgraded but was very much outdated. Also, door to room was ajar upon arrival. And room was not stocked with soaps.
Pros: price was our deciding factor, as Vegas was more than we wanted to budget for a Fri/Sat night. I liked the wall photos of all the old time photos of Vegas and breakfast at Denny's was a nice perk.
Cons: It wasn't Vegas, but was close enough to drive back and forth to still enjoy the nightlife.
Pros: bought chicken sandwiches and clam chowder at the snack bar - very tasty! small patch of grass just out the back door convenient for pets.
Cons: Registration was hard to find and check-in very slow. Room and hallways were very old and dark. Beds were uncomfortable. We had reservations for our return trip, but were so disappointed we canceled and paid twice as much for a further stop.
Pros: Amazing location(just 20min drive from Las Vegas), Excellent value for money, big and clean room, excellent facilities, free parking.
Cons: Poor check-in service, breakfast vouchers only, no soft drink included.
Pros: Bed could use som padding
Cons: It was fine

Pros: the Assistant Hotel Manager helped us with a problem we had.
Cons: The check-in lady was extremely rude. Although, the Asst. Mngr. resolved that issue.
Pros: I love the faculty and personal in the hotel. The place was clean, fresh and modern
Cons: Waking up in the middle of the night with bites on my arm. Spending the rest of the night on a leather chair.
Cons: There were neither microwave nor coffee machine. The furniture was old and some piece was missing, e.g., the lamp on the table, only the base was there. Moreover, the first day they did not clean the room and the second they did it only after we asked for three times and only in the late afternoon.
Pros: Everything was wonderful i got married and spent my night their
Cons: Dirty. asked for rooms next to each other but they were not. Was charged double for resort fees for some reason though I booked the rooms together. Desperately in need of updating.
Cons: Dirty, bed felt like it had a plastic cover. Won’t be back
Pros: The rooms where big and very clean the only thing I just didn’t like was the tub was very bad

Pros: All else. Room and casino
Cons: Wish pool was open past 6 pm

Pros: the fact the place was nearly empty
Cons: the staff was miserable. the room was beat up. the guy taking bets at the sportsbook just left for 10 minutes and didn't tell anybody. i couldn't place a winning bet.
Pros: The Pool is always a good experience. The Casino is close to the Outlet Mall. 2 other casinos are close by as well.
Cons: During the week most of the shops and restaurants are closed. They add so much to the property’s experience. That was a big turn off!

Pros: My room location on 2nd floor...that's all!
Cons: I wasn't told by one of the staff all my options about checking in until I spoke to a 2nd person. The room has old furniture no chair to sit we found water bottles on the window the carpet has old dark stains and it looks filthy....the fitness center wasn't open and the pool closed to early at 6pm just in time when the sun is down but still 100 degrees....the bed was ok but I woke up with a backache.....overall I don't think I will be staying here again!
Pros: The atmosphere was great inside the casino mining camp feeling . Not like any others
Cons: They gave us a king size bed for 3 people. Air conditioner very loud . Carpet very dirty stains near the bed.
Cons: When we check into it when it was obvious that somebody had been in there probably right out of the pool the towels are used the floor was dirty and wet on the outside of the staff was very friendly and moved us to another room immediately
