Pros (+) They cancelled my reservationat 2, when my check in time was at 3 pm and then told me they were all booked.
Pros (+) We needed to switch rooms because our a/c didn't work. The staff was very helpful and immediately moved us to a much cooler room.
Cons (-) The hotel is VERY outdated. Carpet was grungy. Trash was left in room. Old bandaid stuck to lamp. TV was old.

Pros (+) Location more for gambling , service on the floor from waitresses to dealers were friendly. Very casual atmosphere. Rooms were good, kept up and A/C worked great. I have seen a lot worse in Vegas at much higher rates. Great place to get the gambling bug out and cut loose. I rather travel here than many Indian reservation casinos that are close to where I live.
Cons (-) Run down inside but clean more of a straight forward gambling not for vacation. Checking in was very long ... there was no line but there was only one employee working who was extremely slow. Nothing there to make it memorable except for winning big or losing big.. lol
