Good price and location. I was in one of the rooms that had been remodeled, one that was away from the construction, so there wasn't a problem with noise. From reading other reviews, I was expecting a very run-down motel, with only price as an attraction. I was pleasantly surprised. While there was some chaos and confusion, due to the remodeling, access was easy and the room I was in was clean and nicely appointed. Yes, there are evidences that this is a budget motel - no flat-screen TV, no fancy decor. But the beds were comfortable, and, being towards the middle of the motel, things were quiet and clean. Didn't have problems with the walls being thin, like other reviewers had mentioned. In short, for a short stay, for 1 or 2 nights, this was a good value. If the occasion arises, I would stay here again. The only problem was the limited selection at the breakfast. I got there right at the end of the serving time, and there was only cereal to be had, no bread or bagels. That was probably my fault for waiting till the last minute.

absolutely excellent service. It was very clean and quiet and we enjoyed it very much. Loved being in the middle of town and close to the people we were visiting. Enjoyed having a fridge. We will be returning next year for sure! no there wasn't.

If anyone willing to travel to Bryce/Zion Canyon or Grand Canyon North Rim, its a perfect stop and go. Cleanliness was a let down. Shower was not good. With that condition, I Don't know if i have to say its good/bad for a 2 star hotel.

It was so nice being close to the park and to have an inexpensive option because we were not in the room much. The room was old but very clean and comfortable and we had access to amenities in the sister hotels if we wanted. We did take advantage of the nice hot tub at Ruby's Inn one evening to soak our sore muscles, the temperature was perfect and we felt great after. We requested a refrigerator and microwave and our room had them! The facility was old, having to go up the stairs.
