Kansas City’s Great Wolf Lodge is set up to give guests the kind of experience that everyone in the family can enjoy. It features a water park that is maintained at a temperature of a comfortable 85-degrees all year, regardless of the temperature outside.

In addition to the convenience of outdoor recreation brought inside, Great Wolf offers several different dining options. There are unique food and wine pairings to tempt and test your palate. On the more casual side, guests can enjoy Buckets Incredible Craveables or Hungry as a Wolf, and the Camp Critter Bar and Grille has something for virtually any palate.

Kids are further treated with the Great Wolf Candy Company, and young and old alike can indulge in Bear Paw Sweets and Eats.

Great Wolf has its own flavor of family-friendly activities as well with character appearances of some of Great Wolf’s fun and friendly mascots. There is also the Wake Up with Wiley and Friends feature to get the morning off to an exciting start. During the middle of the day, kids can have a blast with the Lunch Time Lineup, and the day can be brought to a comfortable close with the PJ Party with the Great Wolf Kids. The nighttime experience is further enhanced with Story Time, guaranteed to give kids sweet dreams, while their parents get some well-deserved relaxation.

Pros (+) Friendly staff, lots to do with a toddler.
Cons (-) Room was adequate but nothing special. Probably needs updating soon. Noise level from people in room above walking around really sucked.
