Pros: Very well furnished and comfortable. Excellent additional activities/options including the water park and lots of daily activities for kids (games, campfire, movie). Room was very comfortable and well furnished. This is one of the top 5 places I've ever stayed at and one of the those places I have not no reservations saying is worth the money you pay (which I would not say for most of the 4 and 5 star hotels I've stayed at). Also excellent food options: Mountain Cafe, Pizza and the restaurant.
Cons: We did stay another night in the family suite and the only complaint I have is the how uncomfortable the sleeper sofas are.
Pros: Our room was ready early and we went to the water park right away. My 4 year old loved it and stayed almost until closing. Our room was really comfortable and had a nice little patio. We loved the gondola ride.
Pros: There were lots of activities to keep the children busy. Everything was handy to the resort so I didn't have to drive to get meals or find things to entertain the children.
Pros: Great location, beautiful scenery, perfect room & bed was very comfortable! Pet friendly, loved the balcony and view!
Pros: The town is beautiful.
Cons: We were very disappointed in the television provided. It’s an old tube tv. It’s 2019. No one has these any more. We were unable to stream any movies.
Cons: We had to wait till after 3 to check in
Pros: Large room. Great breakfast. Very friendly staff. Close to interstate.
Pros: Location is great.
Cons: Air conditioner sounded like a truck. Kept kicking on and off making sleeping difficult. A know problem in our room but not fixed by the management.
Pros: Hot tub was nice once we figured out where they were and that you were allowed to help yourself, removing cover etc.
Cons: What breakfast???? There was no book or notes in the room telling hours for pools/hot tubs places to eat or nearby attractions. No directions if there was a fire, nothing saying if you wash your dishes or if you should use the dishwasher ...... no bible or anything that we could find in the room. It also would be nice to have a port charger for cell phones.
Pros: Evening fires and activity at the village
Cons: Need more options for dining in the village Noisy neighbors
Pros: The property had a lot to offer the guests. My kids loved the waterpark and the games available outside. They also offered movies at night, but we ran out of time.
Cons: The guest above us was rather loud at 4am and the sound carried through the floor.
Pros: The views and kid friendly
Cons: Rudeness of one life guard

Pros: Friendly staff at the desk.
Cons: small room, thin walls, poor breakfast, way too expensive for what we got.
Pros: The room was clean and comfortable
Cons: Evening noise, and smoking in the hallway!!Good sleep and clean room. The breakfast was almost empty...small variety
Cons: Very small room
Pros: Location near the bicycle trail. Nice comfortable room and bed.
Pros: Clean. Good location
Cons: Refrigerator did not work. We kost a few dollars worth of food. Totally dismissed by staff when I reported it. She could not have cared less!
Pros: Had storage for my bicycle (important when you advertise that a bicycle trail runs by your property).
Cons: For the price, the building is a little tired. Room was clean and in good repair.
Pros: tapestry in lobby was beautiful. Art was highlighting local region
Cons: Disappointing breakfast. Limited selection, limited freshness, high carb, low protein. Room was very small, mattress was uncomfortably soft.
Pros: Location, pet friendly, cleanliness and comfort was great!
Cons: The breakfast was a huge disappointment. The use of styrofoam is so anti-environment friendly in a region that boasts the beauty of nature. A few simple things could make the breakfast edible and environmentally friendly. Not worth the cost to stay here.
Pros: Loved the contential breakfast!!
Cons: Unfortunately, there was a strong chlorine smell throughout the inn.
Pros: It was clean
Pros: I love the bike trail right next to the hotel.
Pros: The room was clean and well stocked. The front desk person, Teri, was wonderful. I left my pillow which I had invested a bit of money. She packed it up and sent it to me. Thank you! Thank you!
Cons: The big pool could have been warmer.

Cons: The room smelled lived in, the sheets smelled dirty, slept in my sleeping bag on top.
Pros: Not a thing
Cons: Very dirty bath needs to be replaced
Cons: Room was very old.
Pros: Considering this is a much older hotel, I did not expect much. The price was perfect. Towels and sheets were very clean. Bed was comfortable. Had a nice little refrigerator that was extremely clean and cold unlike other motels. Some dust under the bed, but for the cost, I was able to overlook that. I was pretty happy with my stay. This motel is right in a nice little town. Easy to get to. A nice little restaurant down the road with good food.
Cons: Sweep up under the bed.
Cons: The bed sheets had not been replaced, with other people's hair etc inside the bed. The floors were stained both inside the Room and outside.
Pros: Everything was as expected and clean sheets to lay our heads as we were traveling through with our chihuahua. Thanks so much! We will definitely stay again in the future.
Pros: It was cheap. It was not noisy.
Cons: Dirty table outside door to our room with cigarette butts in ash tray. Floor needed to be better cleaned. Mop boards in bathroom needed cleaning.
Pros: Location was good
