The lodge is located close to Bath, Bristol, Cheddar, Wells, Chew Valley Lake & the Mendip Hills. The lodge is set in a multi award winning caravan park, with a minimum age for guests & visitors of 18, so you can be assured of a peaceful relaxing stay. The lodge was new for 2016 and is clad in cedar, located at the edge of a small wood with a large deck to sit out on. Inside there is a lounge with TV, dining table & chairs and small kitchenette with fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster & single electric ring. There is a bathroom with shower, sink & loo & a full sized double bed. The lodge accommodates a maximum of two people, who must both be over 18, with a studio style layout.
This is a lovely stone built annex at the side of our garden on our farm. It is compact and cosy but with everything you need. The village is very quiet and peaceful with lovely walks. We have two local pubs - a good walk or 5/10 mins in a car. Our farm is located between Bath and Bristol - 10/15 minutes by car to either. There are good park and ride facilities and there is a train station in Keynsham which will also get you to either city. It is an ideal location for exploring somerset or as a base for work.

The Farmhouse Wing at Lower Church Farmhouse is a superb, two-bedroom wing of a17th century former farmhouse near Bath. The spacious, centrally heated accommodation offers high quality modern facilities combined with lovely period features, including inglenook fireplace, original bread ovens and oak beams. The ground floor is open plan, incorporating the kitchen, sitting room and dining area. The large, triple-aspect kitchen has two original bread ovens (non- working) as an interesting feature and an attractive solid oak floor. It is equipped with all the usual modern appliances, including an electric range-style cooker and dishwasher. French doors lead onto the lovely large garden with an extensive lawn and flowerbeds, plus a sunny patio which has patio furniture for guests to use and views over Marksbury village. The garden is great for relaxing, barbeques and outdoor dining. The sitting room and dining area has an attractive stone mullion window overlooking the front garden and a large inglenook fireplace. An initial supply of fuel for the fire is included in the rental price. There is a large, comfortable sofa and chairs and oak dining table and chairs. The television is a 42 inch flat screen and there is also a DVD player, iPod docking station and free wireless internet access. Stairs lead to the first floor, where the first double bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with fabulous roll-top bath, WC and washbasin. The double bed has an antique-style metal frame and a high quality pocket-sprung mattress. The second double bedroom also has a metal-framed double bed with pocket-sprung mattress, plus a stone mullion window and its own en-suite shower room. A travel cot and a good quality put-you-up bed can be provided to accommodate an extra guest/child in the first bedroom. If these are required there is a small one-off charge for their use. There is ample parking on the large driveway. The standard of decoration, furniture, furnishings, carpets, equipment, bedlinen and towels throughout this property is high and gives a luxurious feel throughout. The property is ideally situated for visiting Bath, Bristol, Wells, Weston-super-Mare and many other attractions such as Longleat, Stonehenge, Cheddar Gorge and National Trust properties such as Stourhead, Dyrham Park and Tyntesfield. Marksbury is a village 5 miles from the outskirts of Bath and 4 miles from Keynsham, situated on the A39 where it meets the A368. It has an interesting church, believed to be late 12th century in origin. It is only a 10-15 minute drive to the centre of Bath, and there are nearby Park & Ride bus services to Bath and Bristol. There are several pubs a short drive away, serving great food and a convenient small supermarket and petrol station a couple of minutes' drive away. Facilities for golf, swimming, fishing, spa days, paintballing, quadbiking and horseriding are all nearby, plus the considerable shopping and cultural opportunities Bath and Bristol offer. Marksbury is ideally situated to provide you with beautiful walks. There is wonderful countryside to explore right from the door or a short drive away and the Cotswold Way is close by. The Old Coach House is a two bedroom apartment, in the grounds of Wick Court Manor House. It has its own kitchen/dining room, living room and bathroom with a large wet room shower. It is modern and spacious, with all the comforts you that you need during a stay away. One bedroom has two single beds, the other has a double bed. (There is also a single/double daybed in the dining area, which can be used for a surcharge). It is surrounded by beautiful fields and has river frontage. The Old Coach House makes a perfect base for exploring the area, whether that is the local countryside walks and pubs, or visits to historic cities Bath & Bristol. The beautiful Dyrham Park (National Trust) is a 10 minute drive away, and has a stunning house and land with plenty of deer. Golden Valley nature reserve is one field's walk away and Bath is a 15 minute drive and Bristol a 25 minute drive from the property.
