Cons: Personell cant speak english very well and always misunderstood my questions. They never smile and always look very angry or demotivated. Cleaning was not good. They didnt change sheets for 2 days. I needed to fight for changing. On saturday there was a wedding but noone informed that. Lots of high volume music and annoying loud sounds till 4-5am. When I ask a solution, they gave me ear plugs....

Pros: The room was perfectly located: still close to downtown, but at the same time in the forest. This part of the city is very quiet and there are only small houses around. The room was clean, everything was as promised. The check-in was super easy and the host very friendly and accommodative. The price was unbeatable, so this is indeed a great value for money.
Cons: The house comes from the late 20th century, so the amenities in the room are the rather used and old style. The room is also rather small.

Pros: We didn't have hosts-we found new family in Kielce! If you want atmosphere as at home then go to vila Romano and enjoy your time with this beautiful couple. We booked 2 nights and stayed 3 nights. From your window you see incredible wood and enjoy in sounds of happy birds. Fresh air, cosy bed, perfect breakfast and coffee. If I go to Kielce again- vila Romano will be my choice!

Pros: This is a perfect place for a cyclist. It's bang on the Green Velo trail. It's got a kitchenette, a place to store a bike safely, it's near a forest, which means it's cool in the evening and it's a 10-minute ride to the centre.

Cons: Slow service at the bar/restaurant and room was not cleaned for one of the days we stayed there despite being out all day and evening.

Cons: The location is a bit outside of town. During off peak times, traffic to get in to/out of town isn't too bad. During high traffic times, allow enough time to get to your destination within Kielce.

Cons: I got a take-away box as leaving earlier. Rotten, bruised apple, 2 dry sandwiches with butter and salami and ham. Unfortunately not edible. Sound insulation was very poor, the room next door obviously had a party, even tough I was not invited, I had the "pleasure" to hear all the laughs and noises.

Pros: Spa and spa personell was amazing. Breakfast was good.
Cons: Personell cant speak english very well and always misunderstood my questions. They never smile and always look very angry or demotivated. Cleaning was not good. They didnt change sheets for 2 days. I needed to fight for changing. On saturday there was a wedding but noone informed that. Lots of high volume music and annoying loud sounds till 4-5am. When I ask a solution, they gave me ear plugs....

Pros: We arrived to the hotel late, so we ordered the dinner by the room service. The dinner ( veal filet, lamb, tomato and sour rye soup) was excellent 5 *, thanks for the chef. The room is equipped very well. We were in this hotel many times and we surely return.

Cons: The pillows on the beds. I would recommend you bring your own. They have really big ones that are only big in appearance. They are full of nothing and do not support your head at all. Woke up with a sore neck every morning. Although the room was cleaned, it was very appearing that they do not vacuum much at all. The carpet was filthy.
