Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently highlight the hotel's excellent location, particularly its proximity to the airport, making it ideal for short stays or early flights. Many found the rooms spacious and the beds comfortable. However, there are frequent complaints about poor service at reception and in the restaurant, with some guests unable to check in or facing unhelpful staff. Cleanliness receives mixed feedback, with some rooms and bathrooms not meeting expectations. Breakfast options and availability are also a common area of dissatisfaction. Overall, the hotel is appreciated for its location and basic comfort, but service and amenities need improvement.
