Cons:
Admin error on their part prevented renting the vehicle. I left after 3 hours, with no resolution. I will never ise Enterprise again.2.0 Poor

Cons:
I received a phone call the day before scheduled pick up. Employee and I confirmed pickup "around 12 noon". However when I showed up at noon the office was closed and I could not get the rental, which I NEEDED as transportation to the airport. I tried calling several times and knocking on door but nobody answered. I was left high and dry. Unacceptable.Hertz

Staff was easy to work with and drop off at airport was a breeze.Cons:
It was not the car we expected. Was supposed to have Chevy Equinox and was given a Jeep Compass. The comfort level was okay, but several features in the car did not function as they should have. It was just an okay experience.7.2 Good

The pick up and drop off was easy and stress free.Cons:
I had asked for a mini van and when I went to pick it up they didn't have one and gave me a Ford Expedition that was 4 wheel drive. Which for horrible gas miliage and was so top heave once I got my family in there I had asked for a mini van for a reason. Not an SUV.7.6 Good
