Do not waste your time staying here, the place is nothing what it looks like in the photos. We booked the Deluxe Pool Access room and we got put in a room completely different to the photos online. We asked the reception and they said the photos were incorrect and they wanted us to pay to pay 500tbh to upgrade to the room we booked online. We said we’re not paying anymore and after a long discussion with the manager they reluctantly put us in the room we booked online. Inside the room, the pool was not clean, phone did not work, drain in the shower was blocked, there was no bath, the wifi did not work throughout our whole stay and the water even cut off when we were using it. The whole property has the worst maintenance we’ve ever seen, looks like it has not been touched in years. The vibe was like a complete ghost town, terrible location and taxis are expensive to the main beach, Chaweng. The breakfast was so poor, we ended up buying cereal from 7eleven and eating it in our room. We told the Reservation Manager, Mr. Arm how shocking the property is and how low the breakfast is. He then said they have fixed the breakfast issue and to give it another chance. So we went to breakfast the next day and it was exactly the same, absolutely shocking. The staff hardly speak a word of English and try to avoid you. The swim up bar is closed and it looked like it has not been used in years. Also the water fountain’s you see in the photos in the room pools don’t work, everything at this place is broken. Overall, it was awful and we could not wait to check out. Do yourself a favour and do not stay here. Really sad cause it has so much potential.
A very clean resort. The staff is wonderful and the rooms are extremely spacious. There was a problem with the pool, it was fixed by the time we left so we didn't have the time to use it, but the private pool in our room was outstanding.
breakfast was poor and dull.
One of the baggage handlers was an absolute legend, cracking jokes and making us laugh daily. The staff were all great though, very helpful and accommodating.
Big spacious rooms
Staff really unfriendly, also water did not work at all druring our stay. Apparently they had a recent change i management putting them in a negative direction
The management has not trained it's staff well.
