10.0 Excellent
Pros: This facility checked all of the boxes --- clean, well-maintained, and perfectly situated. Sam's Tours is practically across the street, as well as a mini-mart for fruits and veggies that are nice to have while away from home. The hotel grounds are impeccable, and the staff very attentive. I would book this place again in a heartbeat --- excellent!!

7.5 Good
Pros: Great spa , very nice beach. Everything needed is on the property
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The resort is beautiful.
Cons: Without Internet and drinkable tap water, this is a challenging hotel for a business traveler. Palau Pacific Resort, on another island, offers both.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: modern clean hotel with nice beach
7.1 Good
Pros: Good location, nice small beach area, big rooms, nice harbor view
Cons: Everything is overpriced in Palau taking under consideration European standards. I can recommend very nice restaurant close by Cove hotel - Drop off - good fresh food, reasonable prices

7.1 Good
Pros: Location is perfect- we were going to Aggressor liveabord and were picked up from the marina which is the backyard of the resort. Nextdoor Drop-off bar is quite nice as well as the Legend sauna across the street. Both are good value for money and of high quality. Nice pool and outdoor area. Lobby and hallways need some renovation, carpets are very run down, however the rooms (on 3rd floor) are big, look nice enough and are comfortable, with a really nice, crispy white covered kingsize bed. Pretty sure the interiors of the rooms we stayed in are relatively new.
Cons: The restaurant of the Cove is not so good. Messy service, the food is below average. For breakfast/ lunch Coffee berry, on the mainstreet in town is much better. On sundays there is a live ukelele player / singer at the Cove, who is very enthousiastic and I guess others appreciate it, but we found it was way too loud, really not in tune and just not our cup of tea. Not very relaxing, we managed with good headphones and music. The staff at the frontdesk and the owner/management are friendly and sweet, they were very accomodating in solving some (small) issues. The price is on the high side, even in low season. But compared to other hotels in the pricecategory and lower, from what we have seen and heard from fellow divers, the Cove is probably the best option. Recommendable!
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Extremely friendly, helpful staff.
Palau Pacific Resort - Koror - Building

Overview Reviews

Featured amenities include a computer station, express check-in, and a 24-hour front desk. A roundtrip airport shuttle is provided for a surcharge (available 24 hours), and free self parking is available onsite.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Snorkelling off the beach. Massages at the spa.
Cons: Beds were 2 seperate doubles and were hard with hard pillows and a doona with no sheet despite the hot climate.
7.1 Good
Pros: Hotel is old, but it is the best in Palau. The facilities of this 5 star resort could only rate 4 star in other well developed tourist destination such as Thailand, Maldives, but in Palau it is the best.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: We booked this resort because it was recommended to us as the best in Palau. We had a 3-night stay at an ocean front king room and the sunrise and sunset views didn't disappoint. The breakfast selection was good but not the best we had at a 5-star resort similar to its price range. The lunch and dinner menu was packed with Western and Asian choices, although the drinks choices are less so impressive. Our room and the overall facilities within the resort were somewhat trapped in the 90s and coutld use some updating, however the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. We also had a few treatments at the Mandara Spa and the facilities were very much what I expected of a 5-star resort spa, despite the cosntruction noises from the new ocean front villas nearyby. Generally speaking, the accomodation here is pricy for what it offers but I would be happy to pay the price for the priviledge of its small, private and tranquil beach and the stunning sunset that's very tough to beat. Such a shame that the resort is fully booked during Xmas 2019 as we were hoping to come back and do it all again!
Cons: Our bathroom and a few areas within the resort can use some modernisation and general updating.
7.5 Good
Cons: I thought I left my stuff in my room after checkout. And I made a phonecall and emailed to the resort. But after a day, I didn't receive any message yet.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful location on a lovely beach, pool area really beautiful
Cons: It’s a lot of money per night although of course it’s a remote location
6.7 Good
Pros: The bed was comfortable, and the buffet and food was overall quite decent. Some staff were extremely friendly and cheerful, and made us feel truly welcomed. The fine dining part of the restaurant was a great experience, and the cooks that were preparing food out by the buffet were a treat, very accommodating. The beach is one of a kind for Palau, and although artificial you will not find a better one in any hotel. Other places seemed happy to pick us up at the hotel lobby or dock by boat, despite the somewhat remote location.
Cons: The kindness of the staff was uneven; some were very kind while others were rude, some to the point of ignoring my wife when she asked for things. Others seemed almost aggressive. While my wife is not a native speaker of English, she is an English teacher and speaks quite well. While we were on the beach I asked for some popcorn at the bar and the bartender looked at me and told me to order something first. I said sure. She just stared at me and then followed up with "well, are you going to order something?" I was sort of in shock...my wife and I had been waiting on the beach near the bar so I had come up to get a menu for us. Once I explained that it would be sort of rude to order for myself and not my wife, the bartender was overly apologetic and told me she would bring everything down for us. My wife ended up going back up to the bar and carried the drinks and popcorn down herself. There were maybe 4 other people at the bar at most, already served. When we came up to the bar later, the service eventually led my wife to just want to leave, which we did. We had a couple of other similar experiences during our stay there, which had never happened to us before at a 5 star hotel (or anywhere, for that matter). One night the staff was very attentive at dinner, filling up our water glasses when they were empty and asking how our meal was and if they could get us anything else. Another time my glass sat empty for quite awhile, and after the waiter had walked by a half dozen times without looking our way I went to fill it up myself, which I was then told was against the rules. These experiences were *not* the norm here, but something like this seemed to happen every day to either me or my wife. The room itself was quite dark, and somewhat small. There is very little space to put your suitcases. The hotel seemed quite overpriced, even given the nature of Palau. Paying a premium for the above interactions is...certainly a first for me.
8.8 Excellent
Cons: The restaurants provided excellent service, but the food was just okay. A lot of pre-frozen foods. Not fresh.
7.5 Good
Pros: place quite. very clean. the only place in Palau in which you can see the sunset. good beach. possibility to stay after check out until late night, waiting flights leaving during night. Good restaurant but really expensive. Also for 5 star hotel. But we're in Palau. You can consider that in Palau (Koror center) you can find a voucher just for facility, in order to be able to spend the day in the resort until the flight. This voucher is really cheaper compare to spend a night to PPR
Cons: The best hotel in Palau, but far from others 5 star around the world, expecially considering the price. Room too small and bathroom not at the height of 5 star. Restaurant in the beach really expensive and not "romantic" at all. In general good resort, but nothing special. The only special thing is the price
8.8 Excellent
Pros: breath-taking resort, loved every minute of it. Friendly staffs and great foods! I really enjoyed staying there. The view is undescribable.
Cons: It's bit shame that price is too high and also I think it is because of tropical weather, but I could see some ants crawling around.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The resort was amazing. Our rooms included the morning buffet. Everyone is up early and enjoys breakfast before the day on the water - typically diving. We had 2 rooms - one for our adult children and the water bungalow for my husband and I. The water bungalow was expensive but worth it! We loved staying out there.
Cons: Absolutely nothing.

Featured amenities include dry cleaning/laundry services, a 24-hour front desk, and luggage storage. A roundtrip airport shuttle is provided for a surcharge (available 24 hours), and free self parking is available onsite.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Right in the center of town. Great room with comfy bed, fridge, ac, lots of room and huge bathroom. Free parking
Cons: WiFi unreliable and really only worked in lobby. Expensive. Views can be of parking lot.
7.5 Good
Pros: The bed
Cons: Personal
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The rooms were spacious and clean, the beds were SUPER comfortable, and the bathrooms in the rooms were also large and clean. The breakfast buffet was awesome. The location was great if you like access to shops and restaurants in town.
Cons: The only downside was the poolside area which was a bit on the funky side. The space has a lot of potential but the design was somewhat lacking in imagination and sophistication. Also, the very far edge of the “grassy” area overlooks an employee barracks area. Parking was also limited, and after the first day we ended up just leaving our rental car key with the front desk to move if needed.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location was perfect, and the staff were very nice. The sheets and pillows were very comfortable.
Cons: Wifi connection could be improved, but its better than nothing.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent location, good breakfast, friendly and helpful staff, nice adjacent restarant/bar, exceptionally clean, nice pool.
Cons: Nothing!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great bed, great breakfast, free coffee/tea/cookies all day
8.3 Excellent
Pros: agreed a price in advance which they changed on arrival
10.0 Excellent
Pros: "Service, comfort and convenience..." we found all that and more at Palau Central! Clean rooms and facilities, pleasant/approachable personnel. No, this rating is not dependent on this important bit but we're truly grateful... we were just hoping to be able to take a shower before we head to the airport after our tour, instead, we were allowed to use one of our rooms for free! Thank you Ms. Andrea!
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Best location in Koror, good food at the restaurant, clean, comfortable, nice swimming pool.
Cons: Poor variety breakfast.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: I absolutely loved this hotel and would definitely stay again! The staff are very well trained and make you feel so much at home. This is a boutique hotel, so the small size keeps things very personal, but yet you still have plenty of privacy. Make sure to get a room overlooking the pool (Deluxe rooms) so that you can see the amazing views. It is only a bit more in price, but completely worth it!! The airport shuttle was perfect and there are several grocery stores within 2 minutes walk. The beds were extremely comfortable and breakfast was just the right amount of food and variety. Finally, the actual restaurant/bar was excellent -- great service, good prices and outstanding pizza! I'm sure they had other good things as well.
Cons: There was really nothing I did not like. I was not expecting a gym, although it would have been nice to have a small gym just to get some cardio exercise in. The pool is lovely, but not so big as to do laps and such.

8.8 Excellent
Pros: location
8.8 Excellent
Pros: A basic, well maintained, very clean property in a quiet location, but very convenient to town, stores, restaurants. The staff were exceptionally accommodating with early check-ins and late check-outs. Good hot water for showers, access to kitchen and a mini-fridge in each room. AC was very good.
Cons: No view, sadly.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I LOVE this little place, such sweet people, quiet & clean. SO nice to have a fridge in room, a full shared kitchen and on-sight laundry. And internet that works in your room (which isn't the case for some of the big hotels). Great location to walk to restaurants either in Koror on on Malakal. So appreciate the affordability & comfort.
Cons: Having to leave ;)
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff are all wonderful. Friendly and helpful people working at the desk, and cleaning staff who keep your room spotless daily (and leave beautiful towel art!). They can help book excursions and will make local calls for you if needed. The room has useful conveniences like a refrigerator so you can keep leftovers, breakfast, etc. and you can use the shared kitchen if you don’t want to eat out for every meal. The washing machines work great ($2 per wash/dry) and are a great amenity if you are traveling more broadly. Strong hot water in the shower. WiFi a bit slow but reliable. Thank you for a restful stay!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I stayed at the DW motel for two weeks in Apr-May 2019 and was very happy about the followings. The rooms are spotlessly clean The staff are very kind and helpful There is an own small refrigerator in each room and a shared kitchen also has a big one to store frozen food Free water/coffee/tea, lots of books (mostly in Japanese though) available in the common area Laundry facilities/ locked area to wash and dry diving gear Wifi works well - they have routers on each floor Within walking distance to the city center - e.g. 10 min walk to WCTC shopping center (5 min to desekel supermarket)
Cons: Nothing. Room rate in high season seems overpriced but it's general in Palau.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: everything
Cons: none
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Friendly and helpful staff. Good clean hotel close to several restaurants and 15mins walk to downtown.
Cons: Nothing
7.9 Good
Pros: A basic motel that delivers what they promise on the web. The staff. The friendly dogs :-)
5.8 Okay
Pros: By comparison to most (all?) of the other accommodation options in Koror, this was the most affordable. Palau is not a cheap destination. This was more backpacker style which was fine given that we were able to meet and exchange travel info with other like-minded guests. The front desk was as helpful as they could be with local information and making phone calls on our behalf. Older towels were available for daily beach use. Rooms were cleaned and bath towels changed daily with some entertaining towel art appearing each day!
Cons: We had to go outside and lean over the balcony in order to connect to the wireless internet (or sit in the non AC guest 'lounge'.) It would be good to at least have an electric jug available in our room. A hotel dog barked a bit some nights and it had a bad habit of scrounging for food if we ate outside our room. Providing long term guests with an evening departing flight (24 hour duration in our case) with access to a late afternoon proper shower (for a fee if necessary) would have been a friendly and considerate act (as it was we were offered the use of the hose in the outside washdown area, which was better than nothing).

7.9 Good
Pros: This hotel is in a pretty nice location, with ocean views from half the rooms and a beautiful third floor terrace where they offer breakfast (and likely other meals; I only went for breakfast) with a view. My room was large and the bed was comfortable. Walking distance to a lot of restaurants and shops, but a 10-15 minute walk so bring some comfy shoes!
Cons: I was not aware when I booked the hotel that the plugs were only 220v (most of the hotels around Palau are 110v, aka US plugs). I bought a converter at a local store, so it was fine, but it would have been useful to know ahead of time. Also, strangely enough, my room didn't have a shower -- just a bathtub, and a hand held shower head, which was impossible to use without spraying the entire bathroom with water. If you have short hair, or prefer baths, you're good to go, but it was very challenging to wash my longish hair while kneeling and/or laying mostly reclined in the tub. :) Also, my room had a ton of ants. Like, a ton of them. Oh! And free wifi is only in the lobby; otherwise, you have to buy a wifi card from the hotel. It only lasts two days, but it's also only $5, so I just bought two of them during my stay.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: A guest feels nearly like family with the welcoming staff. This small private resort is location immediately above a dock yielding access to the lagoon, with lagoon views in a quiet tropical setting. Kayaking and snorkeling from this dock was exceptional, and the lodge staff offer super guided tours to do so. Transportation to town was economical and convenient to visit visitor attractions and events. I should have taken more advantage of the optional meals, as the chef offered superbly prepared local fresh fish dishes.

Pros: Staff extremely nice and helpful. Bedroom underwhelming, but very clean. Location at the lagoon very beautiful

On our last night we were offered a traditional Palauan meal and the owners ate with us, which was very cool. Great fish. We also enjoyed that the location is in a neighborhood near to downtown Koror, so it was fairly close but away from the hustle and bustle. We sat on our balcony overlooking the lagoon each night and watched the birds and bats at sunset.
Cons: The fixtures are a little outdated but it is a comfortable and clean place to stay. It is nice having a kitchen area and large balcony.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: I love the smiles on those friendly staff at the front desk, during breakfast, or even meeting them at corridors; they are just so friendly and make you feel straight at home (a very luxurious home!). I also like the interior decor of the hotel. Feels very much like being inside a cruise ship. Staying at Palasia is very convenient. Palasia Hotel situates only minutes walk to local restaurants, shops, and cafes as well as a very cool bar that sits only opposite the hotel. The friendly staff was able to help book tours and rental cars without hassles, and provides beach towel as well! It has a secured underground car park so I didn't have to worry about my rental car. If I would go back to Koror, Palau, I will definitely come stay at Palasia!
Cons: At times I was not able to connect to the Hotel's WiFi, but that could have been due to my phone or the weather. If you are after good internet, it is recommended to buy their local sim card from PNCC.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very central location, free wifi, clean room with a great view and comfortable bed! Nice and helpful staff for you to make everything you need in Palau(renting a car, booking tours, recommending restaurants...etc. ) Many warm and good service like sauna, gym, welcome drink~
Cons: nothing, everything is good!

5.1 Okay
Pros: My room view.
Cons: The two young men at the front desk were not welcoming to our arrival and gave us little information to the check in process or an orientation to how to get to our room. Just handed the key and looked away kind of greeting. The interaction was very minimal. Maybe it was a language or culture barrier but I felt an awkwardness in the air. We got to our room and the corner view of our room was beautiful. Online we booked two queens but were given a single king. Since we needed a bed for my sister we went back to the front desk asking for accommodation ( either another room with appropriate sleeping arrangements or a roll a away ). Since the hotel was booked they could only give us a roll away. But charge us another $400 that includes nightly roll a away plus extra person charge for the 4 nights we had intended to stay. Long story short, we had to argue that we would not pay another $400 in additional cost since that was not what we originally booked. I had to go back upstairs, grab a copy of my detailed receipt from my online booking to prove what I paid and what I booked for. It was not until then he got a manager who then agreeably delivers a roll away to our room with out charging the extra $400. During our stay the next few days, anytime we passed by the lobby, the front desk guys would turn their heads away from us - no smile, no hello, no eye contact. I honstely feel like they did not like us. Which is so sad because I am half Palauan, visiting Palau for the first time on a dive trip and to visit my Palauan relatives. (Not that being Palauan means anything more than the next person, but it meant a lot to me and visiting the island for the first time) On a side note, I agree with the other reviewers, the hotel caters to the Chinese just based on my observations and guest experience. Poor hospitality.

Cons: A bit far from the center but anyway, not much going on there
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Close to my work. Good restaurant right beside hotel. Friendly staff.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Good location, good price, perfect for a solo traveller if all you need a room for is to sleep for the night, might have gone for a different option with more facilities if I was travelling with a partner.
Cons: They could've offered me a late check out as my flight was really late and the hotel seemed quite empty so I don't think it was booked out, but the check out hours are quite strict.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Good value hotel. Helpful staff. Excellent restaurant next door, can charge from there to room. If you want to use a pool local hotels do day passes.
Cons: Can be noisy near the 'luggage lift' (guests use stairs, two flights maximum so not bad!)
7.9 Good
Pros: Nice with reasonable portions...waiting staff were very polite...
Cons: Requested fried eggs over easy...got fried not so easy...
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Excellent location for joining a liveaboard, we were collected from the dock less than 100 yards away. Comfortable beds, excellent location for the dock, not far from the town for entertainment, or there is a handy bar/bistro next door.

Pros: Our room had a nice view over the lake. Even though it had a common balcony it was very pleasant! The room was always very neat and clean! It is well located, just 5 minutes walking to the main street where all the services are located. The lovely lady in the front desk (you can see her in the pictures) was just amazing with us, helping us organising our tours!
Cons: It could have an option with breakfast included. Still, we enjoyed taking our own breakfast every morning in the balcony.
7.5 Good
Pros: Convenience!!!
Cons: Cars speeding by after 10pm
7.1 Good
Pros: Nice simple set up , quiet location but still an easy walk to town. Attached to possibly the finest restaurant in Palau - the Red Rooster. No need to eat anywhere else !!!
Cons: Though a non-smoking establishment my room smelt of cigarettes as indeed did much of the establishment.
4.2 Okay
Pros: airport transfer is on-time, and this is the only good point I can give to this hotel.
Cons: 1.Very noisy when you tried to have a sleep in your room. The cleaners or workers I dunt know, talked very loudly. 2.I hate the non-free wifi. for a traveler only use very little internet service, it is shocking to know that wifi need to be paid for use, never met that before. 3.Everything in the room is not new, very old.....compared to this price, I would say....well...next time I definitely not select this hotel.
7.1 Good
Pros: The extra friendly staff.

When you stay at shell villa apartel resort in Koror, you'll be by the sea, within a 5-minute drive of Etpison Museum and Nikko Bay. Featured amenities include express check-in, dry cleaning/laundry services, and a 24-hour front desk. Free self parking is available onsite.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: We stayed at Shell Villa on 2 seperate nights, renting 2 rooms. First night upon arrival to Palau. We had a flight arrival of 1:15am. I had messaged with Shell Villa to arrange airport pickup and was advised that due to my arrival time pickup would not be available. I had made other transportation arrangements. Upon arrival Shell Villa did send a driver for pickup so then I had 2 pickups. The hotel staff were very nice. Once given our rooms it was more of a villa with 3 separate bedrooms/baths, kitchen & living room. The villa and rooms were clean. The beds were very hard. It was a good place to get some rest.
Cons: Better communication about airport pickup from Shell Villa would have been nice.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: For travellers who like to stay away from large resorts and enjoy hospitality and service, I would strongly recommend Shell Villa Apartel Resort. The staff is very friendly and helpful (e.g. will ask you what kind of breakfast you prefer) and which you can have either in the lodge or in common area which provides nice sea view. The distance to Koror downtown should not be an issue. Either you can hike a free ride downtown with the staff or the hotel offers shuttle service downtown and pick up ($10 return). Note that the airport pick up is complementary day and night. The rooms are spacious and clean. Handy is the dry rack, the water dispenser and a good air-conditioning. The manager can provide you a car rental ($60 inclusive insurance) besides this plenty of excursions are offered.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The only thing is, some of the amenities we read are missing. It said here on booking.Com free airport shuttle on the description page. However it is not free, 10.00 per person one way. It also said there was a hot tub but no hot tub. Like most places on the island there is a service charge to pay with credit card, something like 5 percent. I would bring cash.
Cons: The rooms are clean. The resort grounds are lovely and come complete with a view of the sea. Staff is wonderful and super accommodating. The pool table is fun in the evenings. You will need to rent a car as the hotel is not close to town. We loved swimming at kb bridge, hotel shuttle took us down there. Breakfast in the morning was good and included fresh fruit. The hotel also booked a few tours for us which were all wonderful. Oh and the bathroom shower had good water pressure and was large.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff were amazing and friendly and helpful
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This is one of the best hotel I ever visited not only that the rooms are very comfortable and extremely clean the service was just wow I never felt like a very important guest befor in my life in this villa the personal are very very friendly and helpful they did everything to make us feel comfortable and I would like to thank Mr Leo and Josh and Sarah and the rest of the staff for everything you did to make our vacation perfect, they serve us the breakfast in the room and also they asked us everytime what we wish to eat and also they give us a ride everywhere we want and more and more if there's any way to give more than 10 I will be very glad to give more, so I would like to say thanks guys for everything you did for us we will be back again in Palau and for sur in your villa again Ali and agi from Germany
Cons: Everything was perfect
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Hotel staffs were really friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious, and the bed was comfortable. The location was good, about 15–20 mins drive from the airport, and about 10–15 mins drive to downtown, Koror. Wifi connection was decent, can be a little weak further inside the room but works fine in the common areas. Great food recommendations in downtown, Koror by the hotel staff.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The staff were so friendly they posted my postcards and drive me to the beach and also let us check out very late. Breakfast was great and air con was great - the bath and shower are lot better than they look and the sofa room attached to our room was much bigger than I expected. Lovely products. The staff made the experience though - thank you
6.3 Good
Pros: Rooms are big
Cons: The smell in the rooms, it doesn’t smell clean and fresh
7.5 Good
Pros: Great friendly staff. Neat and tidy rooms. I liked the wooden bathroom. Well equipped kitchen.
Cons: Some cottages are close to the nearby main road which could be bothersome. No coffee for breakfast, we had to buy our own.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Peaceful place all though there was minor noise from the near by road during early morning, but keeping the air-condition on it did not bother us. TV functioned only for 1-2 days time, and there was some difficulty having coffee for breakfast. But the staff was always very friendly and helped us. At reception there was some problem with English communication. All though it is only 3,5 km from the center, the traffic during weekdays is slow, and the transfer to Sams Tours diving company (which we used) took us about 25 minutes. There are none restaurants in walking distance. It was peaceful, but have to mention we were lucky to have the hole house, the two other rooms, nearly all our holiday empty for us.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The Service by the staff was impeccable, could not be faulted at all, it was excellent. The rooms were very neat, new and tidy, air conditioners were excellent, and all worked correctly, the free coffee was awesome with juices and water available 24 hours a day and the breakfast was amazing, it came with the room which was also excellent. I would pay to stay here again I stayed at the Palasia the first night and in comparison, the Palau Hotel was certainly the best place to stay at in Palau. The Service and taxi service back to the ship was also awesome, they booked it the night before to make sure I had a means to get back to the ship. The bed was clean and very comfortable, and the wifi definitely worked better than at the Palasia hotel, I wish I had stayed with Palau hotel the first night. 5 stars all around, it was an excellent venue and in a great spot in town. Thank you
Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Loved the whole staff especially Daniel. He went above and beyond for us, getting rental cars and checking tours. Mariella braided my hair to help me keep it out of my snorkel which was a blessing. They always had restaurant suggestions and ready information. Took the time to learn our names which meant a lot to us and made us feel at home. The breakfast was fresh and a fun variety. Liked that there were toiletries if we forgot something especially the hair clips. VERY CLEAN and we were able to walk to most restaurants and shops. There was a laundry mat right behind the hotel that had wonderful machines. Amazingly Beach towels were provided whenever we needed them. I have never been to a place that provided that. Very centrally located and if we ever get back to Palau we will definitely be staying here. I hope it wont change.
Cons: The pillows were a bit to big and hard for our likes. That is the only complaint I have and it is just a matter of opinion
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast
Cons: Nothing
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Great value. Small room but well appointed, very clean. Breakfast was included with the price of the room. It is walking distance to shops and restaurants.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very quaint property, set in the hustle of Koror state town. Had the most enjoyable experience. Facilities and service far exceeded my expectations.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The employees were fantastic! The ladies at the front desk, the cleaners, everyone was fantastic and did everything they could to keep us comfortable and do anything we asked.
Cons: The ocean view room was so far away from the ocean that it shouldn't be called that. We also had a lot of ants in our room, but the awesome cleaning staff took care of them quickly.
6.3 Good
Pros: Breakfast and location were fine. Staff at the reception were extremely friendly and helpful. Beach towels can be borrowed for free.
Cons: - The first room we got was infested with ants. The staff was as kind as to give us another room immediately. - Rooms are sprayed daily (?) with insecticide to kill the ants. Perhaps this is necessary in Palau? Still, spraying insecticide in a bedroom is far from healthy. - The floor was not cleaned carefully. - Dustbin in bathroom was not emptied one day. After telling, it was cleaned every day. - Beds were not always made up (some beds were, some not). - Wall plug from the TV was ripped out of the wall (it did work fine, though). - Some more info about where to do the laundry, and in particular where to get quarters (needed for the laundry) could be given (answer: you can ask to change bills for quarters at the red door, right next to the laundry). Overall, there was a lack of (dedication to) cleanliness. Perhaps this is a cultural thing, but at least customers should know what to expect when booking this hotel.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff was great! Joy took time to talk with us and really went above and beyond. Breakfast had longer hours to ensure all guests ate. Beds were comfortable and hotel was in an ideal location.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Super clean, nice breakfast, good location, super friendly and helpful staff. Everything about this hotel is nice, definitely recommend to stay here during your Palau holiday
Cons: Its a walk up, no elevator. Internet in room can be weak from time to time. But it works mostly fine, and in the lobby its working really well. Even managed to stream a football match without problems

9.6 Excellent
Pros: Very nice staffs, good location, fairly new hotel, reasonable price
Cons: People smoke right outside of lobby.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff are so nice. They provided me free airport pickup. Then once checked in I was upgraded to a suite. The hotel is 10 min walk distance to the town.
Cons: The breakfast could be more options. But the noddle is delicious.
5.4 Okay
Pros: Hotel interiors were very clean and was made from good quality materials. The room and toilet had sufficient space. The room had good closets.
Cons: The beds were hard and air conditioning was blowing very hard straight towards the bed. It wasn’t really sufficient for usage. The fridge could not keep anything cold and a lot was promised in the brochure (for example a safe) but not much was provided. The music could be heard in the room at night. The breakfast was quite bad and you had to wait for it for a long time. Tomato noodle soup is not very good for European taste. We might have been the only customers for breakfast. The staff was rather shy and their English skills lack luster. Some of them kept checking their phones and didn’t seem to notice us. The first time ever while travelling we were asked if we were customers of the hotel when we were just using the internet in lobby during the evening.
5.8 Okay
Pros: Driver who came meet me at the airport was kind and friendly
Cons: No clear breakfast time My room did not have a window in it There was a foul smell (of paint maybe) in my room Did not want to make change for my big bill for me Did not want to drive me to the airport when I was checking out at reception
5.8 Okay
Pros: Beds were comfy
Cons: TV in English
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Good pricing Nice staff Nice view The room can get a lot of sunshine New building With Chinese Karaoke
Cons: 7 min to downtown by walk additional 6% by using credit card A few times, Chinese only Chickens cry in early morning
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Room was excellent
Cons: Isn't on the water
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly staffs, great location and also variety of Chinese food.
6.7 Good
Pros: Close to Main Street.
Cons: No wifi in the room. People smoke in the lobby and no one says anything. Room filled with the smell of cigarette.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: This is probably the best value option for Koror, if your budget precludes staying than the expensive resorts. The rooms are modern, new and spotlessly clean, the beds are very comfortable for a good night's sleep, the staff try to do their best to please and accommodate any reasonable requests, and it is located a short walk from Koror's main thoroughfare, so it's isolated from all the traffic noise, but all within a 5-10 minute walk of great shopping and dining. Good, free wifi in the lobby and restaurant. They even provide complimentary transfers to/from the airport. A real gem in Palau's hotel scene. Perfect for me.
Cons: As most of the clientele is Chinese, it is more set up for Chinese tastes, including the complimentary breakfast. Fortunately there is no smoking inside the hotel, which means that all the smokers stand outside the main entrance, which is where I would also try to sit for some fresh air. The lobby has a religious stand and especially in the evenings they would burn Buddhist incense sticks, which I found quite irritating, especially because this is where you would come to pick up the free wifi signal.

2.5 Mediocre
Pros: This is he absolute worst hotel I have ever stayed in and I travel and stay in hotels very frequently although the staff try to be helpful the facilities are more basic then a bed and breakfast in Lancashire. Absolutely horrible will never stay there again and warn everyone not to either
Cons: Everything
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Good location, friendly staff
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The staff are all wonderful. Bananas hanging in the stairway is a nice touch! The location is in town (yes, in town, not by the water) which is great if you are traveling solo, and/or want the convenience of easy grocery shopping, restaurants, etc. I booked scuba diving and kayaking with Sam's Tours (also highly recommended) and they'll send a van to pick you up and drop you back. Internet is free in the lobby; if you want access in your room you'd buy a card (10 hours for $10). I had a kitchenette which was really helpful. I had a monor diving injury and had to stay close to the room for most of my stay (bummer) but the convenient location, helpful staff and self-catering kitchen made all the difference.
Cons: I am fit so the stairs were not an issue, but if you aren't up for a multi-flight climb, ask for a lower floor. In any case their staff bring your luggage to and from your room.
6.3 Good
Pros: Staff
Cons: beds were hard as rock. Room A/C could not keep room cool in the day.
2.5 Mediocre
Pros: Ten room was large and very comfortable. The staff was always helpful. Mon Mon Restaurant was delicious.
Cons: No transportation to and from the airport. Our flights were at night so the taxis were expensive. WiFi only available I lobby with set hours when it was open.
