New, child friendly, modern apartment house "Apartment Aphrodite Hills Golf", built in 2006, surrounded by trees. House Equipment: air conditioning, child minding available, laundry, washing machine (private use). Access & Parking: parking by the house, private parking. All-season motor access to the house. Footpath. Situation: in the centre of Aphrodite Hills Resort/Kouklia of Paphos, in the district of Kouklia, above 9 miles outside of Paphos, secluded position on top of a hill, by the sea. View from the apartment of the resort. Surroundings of the house: grounds (shared use), park (shared use), swimming pool (shared use), private beach (shared use), children's playground (shared use), tennis (shared use). Facilities and distances: shop 200 m, grocers 200 m, supermarket 200 m, restaurant 200 m, shingle beach 1 km, golf course 100 m, children's playground 200 m, m bus stop 500 m. Pros: Breakfast was fine. In particular the Taverna Grill food was excellent/ The Chef (Alexandra) and Maitre'd (Elena) were very friendly, efficient and clearly enjoyed their work. The Chef's passion for food and cooking came across well. I recommend the Taverna Grill highly and can imagine it drawing in increasing customer and going from strength to strength. The Spa and Sauna facilities were also excellent with the therapist (Angela) in particular very helpful and professional.

Cons: I dint like the cleaning service in the room, and the food was not testy, not too much verity and very slow service when you order the drink in the diner time, they will bring it almost when you've done eating.

Pros: Clean fresh sheets every couple of days and towels.
Cons: No parking.i have used this hotel every year for the last eight years and have always used the parking area which was provided. I was not only disappointed but very upset to find that on checking in that the car park was no longer available for their own residences and I had to go looking for a car park at midnight. What I did find annoying was that upon leaving another residence from another hotel that had overbooked and was staying at Blazer was allowed to use the car park.

Pros: Location is great.
Cons: The room was not the same as in the pictures. Conditioning was not working and it was winter time and first administrator said he can not do anything about it. When we asked to talk with the manager, he said he can arange that only in the morning, while it was only 5 pm on our arrival. Only after long negotiation our room was changed to the one that fit the pictures.

Pros: Location is great, the room was spotlessly clean, 24 hours reception which is a big plus! The staff is great, they upgraded our room for free! Special thanks for the blankets, very comfortable. The residence has a small free parking, but they don't have this information anywhere on the website because it's almost always fully occupied, but we were lucky to get a place. Good value for the money, the only possible minus is WiFi quality, all the rest is perfect. Would recommend this place!
Cons: A little noisy because of the construction site next to the building, but the biggest issue is WiFi quality, the speed was very slow :(

Pros: big room and nice location - a lot of restaurants and shops in walking distance helpful staff - wine opener was not a problem (but it was depending from the person at the reception desk)
Cons: no parking for guests, finding a place on the street takes hours.. furniture should be renewed not all staff members are helpful, for some even a wine opener was a big deal UK sockets in the wall, tv or bed lamps with EU plugs, which can be a real problem if you don't know the hack

Cons: They do not provide any parking if you travel by car. Most of the time the front parking is full and you have to find parking far away, plus most of the road is one way, so you have to be careful while driving there.

Cons: The name of the hotel beach hotel & SPA, but there is no real SPA facilities inside the hotel. As we were traveling in February we had expectation to enjoy indoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, etc. First of all we were told that we need to pay extra 10EUR per person if we want to go to the "SPA" zone, then the administrator told that pool is not working. Second of all - "SPA hotel" doesn't provide bathrobes and slippers.. Beach by the hotel is rocky and very small.

Pros: I think if you have small kids and don't want to leave the pool area, the place is ideal. There were decent restaurants within walking distance. The child's playground area looked nice.
Cons: I found the beach in the area was not so nice, and not as good as the one in Ayia Napa, which is not convenient to get to by bus. Renting a car may have helped. I would have liked nightlife options in the area.

Pros: Great welcome from lady on reception at check in. I had lost my voice and she immediately rang the bar for a cognac to soothe my throat. First impression of hotel was great. Set in lovely grounds and right on the beach. Would be perfect in warmer weather. The breakfast selection was good. Our mini suite was lovely. Clean and spacious with a great outdoor terrace with hot tub. Nice pool (despite being too cold) good sauna area and treatment rooms, spa had obviously been renovated and it was calm and relaxing. All of the hotel staff were friendly and professional especially the lady on reception and the lady who cleaned our room. The bar prices were very reasonable for a 4* hotel. The service in the bar was very good, nice cocktails.
Cons: Very limited food on the evening dinner buffet on a couple of nights. There were literally empty platters of most items and also food was mostly cold not even lukewarm, especially the soup this was cold every night and we had to ask for it to be microwaved. On the 2nd night there was a better food choice, great salad bar and nice hot items including a good selection for our vegetarian friend. We believe this was because of a large group booking in the office restaurant and it seems an effort was made for them. On our 3rd night it was back to a mostly empty salad bar and a cold supposedly hot food offer which was incredibly disappointing. The indoor pool and jacuzzi was too cool for us. It was too cold to swim outside so a heated indoor pool and jacuzzi would have been nicer. It was a lovely area but we only used it once because of this.

Cons: Breakfast is very congested and they try to put smokers in the same area as non smokers. Choice is limited due to the short area available for the buffet and queues can develop. Tables are very close together.

Pros: General impression of the hotel is good. The room was clean and new. There was a possibility to find free umbrellas and sunbeds at the beach. The beach boys were helpful. The personnel in general was also helpful and friendly.
Cons: Cleaning was a bit difficult procedure. In order to get your room cleaned you should remind about it several times a day at the reception. Finally, I have found the decision: those who wanted to have cleaning just placed a request at the door "Please, make the room". We did the same. It worked. But it would be much better if the cleaning is done without addintional requests and notifications. The room is not really adapted for the wet towels and swimming suits drying. The room looks more like a suite for a business trip that a place for persons who come to enjoy sea swimming.

Cons: At the end of October staff of the hotel started some works near pool and take away some sunbeds and tables and chairs in a rest zone inspite the presense of tourists. It is not so good.

Cons: Seems that we got the worst room in the hotel! Facility is old and dirty, furniture is too old, awful beds with some plastic under bedlines, noise from the street, instead the "city view" we got the view to the backyard and a garbage. Below some pictures with examples. NO PARKING! All nearest parking place were full and need to be paid, there is no any place even to stop for a while when check in/out. The pictures from booking, facilities are different from the reality. The night in this hotel was the last in Cyprus and we wanted to have a good rest before long flight, as the result - we were exhausted. After the night at this hotel, the impression from previous nice days in Cyprus was spoiled. Bad service, bad value for the money.

Cons: Ask for a room on the second floor. First floor have floor to ceiling glass windows that go directly out to the street or patio so you have to keep the blinds completely drawn. They sacrificed comfort/usability in the rooms for design choosing antique furniture that was a bit rickety and impractical.

Cons: Nothing too visually pleasing about the rooms very plain and doors, tiles, walls showing some wear, but everything was clean.
Breakfast good, but could use some freash brewed coffe instead of instant. Overall, was surprised at some fried ham. A reasonable selection; not a full spread buffet, but plenty to eat and a reasonable variety.

Pros: Only the low price justify the staying in San Remo and we don't go away because is payed in advance!
Cons: Cats are free to entering from the road and going anywhere! In the bathroom there is no windows so after have a shower, like everywhere, the towels rest wet and we put it on the floor for changing but in reception a woman say that the towel changing occour each 3 days! When i explain that withouth windows is impossible keep it dry, she answer "is hotel rules"

Pros: The location of the hotel is excellent. The beaches are reachable. The breakfast seemed good.
Cons: The room given to us is too small with twin beds joined instead of providing a double bed. The bed quality is so poor it caused back pain within a day. Even after complaining about that, what they did is not satisfactory at all. It was not a comfortable stay. Also, the staff in the counter did not receive messages from visitors at all. Even when we are in the room, they informed them that we are not there. Not a good experience at all. There is too much noise from the common place due to people making loud noises and music played. Hard to sleep until 1 PM at night almost every day.

Pros: The hotel looks good and is fairly new/renovated. The staff was very helpful, responsive and pleasant. Food was OK for an all inclusive deal, some dishes where really good and others not so much. Food could get a bit repetitive after a while. There is only 1 station for special dishes (morning- bacon, eggs and pancakes. lunch- pasta. night- kebab/sausages), but the line wasn't that long. Alcohol was cheap as expected from all inclusive deal but during the night the bar in the lounge prepared the drinks better and in more detail. The beach was OK, pretty clean and with a lot of beds, we didnt have to pay for a bed but the bar was closed (we used the pool's bar which was OK). The location is about 10 min' drive from the city (12-15 euro with a taxi), not much to do around the hotel (a few restaurants and some shops). The rooms where nice, bathroom is a bit dark but other than that room was very nice and very clean. Hot water and good pressure all the time. The spa was alright, took some time to schedule a massage or a Jacuzzi (both costs money), the indoor pool (not heated) and sauna are free (wet and dry). All in all i would recommend this hotel for friends and family.
Cons: bathroom needs more light, could use some 330ml cups instead of 0.5 liter. spa wasn't ready for us when we needed it. A bit more diversity with the food. Other than that, we had a lovely stay

Cons: TV channels catered mainly for Russian and Greek guests. Besides the BBC News and the Russian Travel Channel, nothing else in English. Pity, ideally would like a choice of movies to watch after busy day touring or at beach. Plus, bedside lights inappropriate for reading... Hotel exterior looks tired and needs updating...

Pros: The hotel is located close to the sea quay and within a 5 minute walk to the Finekoudes bus station. The hotel building has a mini market on the 1st floor, which is very convenient, and a small pool on the roof terrace. The room was spacious and with its own balcony, nicely lit during nighttime. The staff was friendly and willing to help, they organized a transfer to and from the airport and provided with the electricity adapters. Overall, very nice quality for the price.

Pros: Property was quiet, beside a beach, cheaper than most and well worth the money. It also has a neat rooftop which has toilets and a cocktail bar. It has a well equipped gym and two swimming pools (indoor and outdoor)
Cons: Breakfast was poor, entertainment was minimal and could do with a tiny bit of maintenance (chunks out of the marble stairs)

Pros: A very comfortable charming modern hotel in the old part of Larnaca, location good but the surrounding streets quite confusing. Good breakfast, efficient arrangement of transport to and from the airport - (although not cheap)

Cons: Room was a little tired and thought was needed. Maintenance was needed i.e. the bath sealant was needed when bath was full, hair dryer could only be used in one socket which was at least a meter away from the mirror, a couple of sockets were broken and so was the light switches, there was so many switches that seemed to do nothing, the bedside lamp did not plug into the sockets as these were broken. The reception staff seemed to pay more attention to the internet rather than greeting guests. Check in was good however never saw that member of staff again.
