Staff were helpful an friendly
I booked a superior room did not get that room did deduct £22 of bill!!! Plug was hanging of the wall just disappointed that the room i booked at least 7 months before was giving to someone else they offered to put me in a twin room how that was meant to make up for a superior room
Clean and good location
Breakfast food ran out quickly such as rolls and were not refilled
Great location for visiting the Old Town & Jewish district, restaurants, shopping. Easy access to streetcar just round corner. Large room complete with sitting area & kitchen. Lovely bathroom with huge shower.
Breakfast room was overly crowded; people reaching uncomfortably over each other to get their food. Not a wide selection. Very poor coffee from a huge coffee urn. Bottom sheet on bed didn't quite fit, revealing mattress. Couch in room had damaged material.
The aparthotel's location is great - a 10-minute walk from the main square but located in Kazimierz, the old Jewish part of the town, where all the fantastic bars, cafes, and restaurants are. The room was spacious, looking over the train rail. Since we visited in November, the windows were mostly closed so it was quiet. It was warm (guests can control the temperature of the radiators) and cozy and the bathroom was pretty big and new. Beds are comfortable and the good night's rest is guaranteed. The reception girls were very helpful and friendly and the breakfast quite diverse: eggs, ham, cheese - a few different kinds of those; fruit, regular and greek yogurts, corn and other flakes, jams, butter, a palette of teas and seasonal fruit, etc. You also have cutlery, plates and other kitchenware provided in the room in case you wish to prepare something on your own, but it would be a time waste since there are so many wonderful restaurants nearby with the domestic and international cuisine, which are not expensive at all. We came by car and we could park in an underground garage of the neighboring hotel, just around the corner.
Hygiene could definitely be better. The room needs quite a good dusting. The cleaning staff was just emptying the bin every morning and nothing else. If you are coming by car, be prepared to pay a possibly different price for the parking upon arrival. We were provided with an underground garage, a different garage than the one mentioned on the booking site, for 60 PLN a day, instead of 50 PLN. We did not complain for the price, but the hotel charged us full price for the last day as well even though we left at 9AM. One of the male receptionist was not very friendly and helpful on the day of our departure, giving us different prices for the room, even though we had a fixed price on the booking website. After a few awkward minutes, he finally charged us the correct price.
Excellent hotel- very good location, comfortable beds and spacious rooms. It was very clean. Staff at the reception was polite and helpful.
