Staff were lovely and friendly. Especially the male member of staff who worked days. We were offered coffee on arrival, loaned an adaptor free of charge, always said hello/good morning. The hostel was beautiful and stylish. Straight out of an IKEA catalogue! I felt very at home, especially with the mini kitchen on our floor. Beds were very comfy and unlike other hostels I've stayed in, the rooms were refreshed by a cleaner. Breakfast spread which was included in the room price was great. Staff were dedicated and prepared this early each morning. Location was fantastic, 10 min walk from old town. Our room overlooked the water and the castle- which was excellent for new years eve as we saw fireworks from all over the city! Bus stop and tram stop also right outside door.

Very very clean, comfy, very kind and helpful staff. Additionally Netflix on tv, plenty of clean showers and toilets. It's more like a hotel than hostel if you take room for two. Totally recommend to anyone. Very close to the town centre - 15min walk only.

The female dorm 4 was nicely decorated. It has a clean bathroom inside, both toilet and shower wish was nice. There was a little space with a sofa and a lamp, located in a more intimate space inside the room. You can use it and nobody will be bothered. Also, I had an early flight and the reception guy prepare an early breakfast for me and even made me a sandwich to go. So nice!
The entry is a bit sketchy, it doesn't have any signs or a main door. The access is through a garage door, and there is another door, and the hostel is in the last floor of an residence building, so there is no such thing as a big common area where is a bar and so on...is basically the dorm room, the little reception and the breakfast area. They don't give you a door key/card, is just open all the time. Apparently they had some issues in the past.... at least the locker key is for free

Staff went above and beyond to assist me in organising an Auschwitz tour, even though the preferred provider was booked out. Great breakfast and perfect location. Cosy beds and good storage space.
As the hostel is up several stairs I wouldn't recommend if you have heavy baggage
