Great location very conveniently placed this is a lovely boutique hotel Staff were really helpful and nothing was too much for them. Will be more than happy to go back there
The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was first rate. The decor was very pretty, our bed was extremely comfortable and we really enjoyed having a separate sitting room. Breakfast was excellent! The location was quiet, but close to the centre of town.
Nothing - we had a super stay at this small, cosy hotel and would happily stay here again.
The breakfast was good. The staff were very pleasant. The location was perfect.
Everything was perfect ! We felt like home and will definitely come back if we travel again to Krakow. The room is clean, large and beautiful and the staff is wonderful. It is perfectly located between the old town and Kazimierz. Very unique and cozy hotel.
Central but quiet location, staff attention and care, nice big bathroom, Joseph Conrad room, lovely breakfast room in a historical cellar, interesting engravings, lots of useful leaflets available, coffee and tea service in the room, good and pleasant restaurant round the corner, taxi service, excellent communication with the reception.
Overpriced for a small single room (77 euros), no lift (but help with the luggage provided), an old worn carpet on the staircase which doesn't match otherwise stylish boutique design and somewhat spoils the impression, breakfast adequate but no homemade jams or pastries which would be expected of this kind of hotel.
