Guests consistently praised the hotel for its exceptionally friendly and helpful staff, spacious and clean rooms, and a beautiful, relaxing pool area. The location was appreciated for its proximity to Seminyak attractions while remaining peaceful and quiet. Many guests highlighted the value for price and the pleasant atmosphere created by the frangipani trees around the pool. However, several reviews mentioned that the beds were quite hard and could be uncomfortable, and a few noted minor maintenance issues or dated furniture. Overall, the positive experiences with service, room size, and pool amenities stood out the most.
