The staff was very helpfull. Excellent service. Perferct location Food, don't eat there.
Good locality, cleanliness, very quiet, near harbor and sandy beach.
Loved the staff, Its cleanliness and location. Pool was way too cold.
Hotel was very nice, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Nicely situated at the port and only a 5-10 minute walk to the beach. Very close to restaurants, bars and shops, all within short walking distance. We took a junior suite, which was quite nice, well equipped. Breakfast buffet was delicious and slightly varied from day to day. Pool was a good size and never too full. Was slightly disappointed to see signs of dampness and peeling on the wall in the living room/kitchen area, which sort of took away from the look of the apartment. Although our neighbours were not too noisy, in the bathroom and bedroom we could clearly hear the people next door and above us. Our apartment was directly in front of the pool which had of course it's advantages, but the disadvantage was that we couldn't open the curtains in the morning to let the light in when we woke up, as people outside at the pool would have a clear view inside our apartment. Bed was slightly uncomfortable, double bed was two single beds pushed together, with single sheets on each bed...not the most comfortable.
The staff were excellent. We had a problem and it was dealt with in minutes. The hotel and facilities were spotless clean.
Very good location, nearby the port of Porto Rico. Very calm atmosphere, also around the pool. Spatial rooms with kitchen and fridge. Staff is friendly and helpfull. The BBQ at the hotel's restaurant was excellent. The beds are very very hard! A 4star hotel should have comfortable beds. Shower in the badroom switches from icecold to very hot. Try to avoid room 220 or 221, in the morning you have a lot of noice from the Jacuzzi just above the rooms on the topdeck.
Big apartments, awesome pool and excellent service from the hotel staff and the restaurant staff. We had a very nice holiday and we were very sad to leave and go back home... The water temperature in the shower tends to change quite a lot, not a big problem but it is the only thing we didn't like.
The apartement was very spacieus and well equipped. They even proposed us a free upgrade despite the fact that it was a holiday week in several countries. We were disappointed with the restaurant (half board) (the breakfast was very good). Almost no vegetables, and especially for kids they propose choises which were not nutritionally very balanced .
The standard of the rooms, in particular the bathroom, was very good. The styling and design of the rooms was modern and well thought out. The finish was not the best and there had been some recent remedial works completed on our room which clearly had not been carried out well. The rooms were cleaned well and the facilites for self catering were excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful and the pool and surrounding area excellent. My complaints are not directly associated with the hotel however every evening we would be met by the PR manager of the hotel and asked if we would either be having a meal or drinks in the hotel. This may be a tad pedantic however at times you feel as though you are obligated to go in. We did not go in and chose to enjoy our evenings as we wanted.
It was perfect - the studio we stayed in was very well equipped with relatively new appliances. The room was clean and spatious, and the balcony overlooks the marina. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. It is most certainly ideal for a couple for a romantic holiday. All rooms were equipped with 2-single beds put together. I would suggest that the hotel allocate queen/king-sized beds to some rooms. Also, there is a restaurant tout who stands at the hotel entrance each evening and he is quite pushy. If a restaurant has a good reputation, there would be no need to do that, and doing that will only drive away potential customers.
staff and owner were very nice and were also helpful if you need info about area. very family orientated hotel. peaceful at pool with many spanish using hotel cleaners could have been better
The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean on arrival are cleaned regually and it was quiet in the evening times. The hotel is quite close to everything ie. shops, restaurants, beach ect... Overall the Maracaibo hotel is a lovely to stay in and would stay there again.
Ease of use and close to the beach and town
The beds were nice. The pool side area was quite small. The towels and linen was only changed twice a week if you don't pay for a deluxe room (€90 per night). Sun was only on pool area for half the day.
Friendly and efficient Staff nothing was too much trouble. We only stayed 1 night but the comfort of the bed and pillows was better than Monte anfi the 5 star resort at Arguinigan. Would reccommend and use again.
Noise of guests arriving late in the morning/ using swimming pool at 03.00h
The hotel was close to all amenities The hotel was under construction so it was quite noisy. The pool area was very small so although all the rooms were booked the pool area could only facilitate about 20 people. It was overall a very disappointing experience.
The staff were very friendly and helpful A large tree in front of our balcony blocking the view!! Haha just kidding! Didn't block all the view
Comfort, cleanliness and friendliness of staff
I found the beds were comfortable but could do with better pillows (and more e.g. 2 per bed). Nice looking rooms. It was quite noisy, didn't help that our room was right in front of the lift and stairs. The shower was really small but worked well.
2nd stay at these apartments and will definitely return
the loaction was great and the staff were lovely.
Enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere and the quietness at night, excellent pool, helpful staff.
Very large balconies with 2 sunbeds with mattresses, table and four chairs. Easy access to large commercial centre with loads of shops and restaurants. On site bakery for bread and cakes. Apartments clean with maid service 5 days a week. There seems to be a problem with which of the three apartment blocks in this complex your company are actually allowed to take bookings for. The bottom one does not have air conditioning - this is Terrazamar Suites, the middle one has air conditioning for a charge - this is Terramazar sun Suites, the top one also has air conditioning - this is Terrazamar royal sun suites. Your online details state we can book the sun suites with air conditioning, which we did. On arrival at sun suites reception we were told our accommodation was over the road in Terrazamar Suites with no air conditioning. After a heated arguement showing them our paperwork with sun suites on we were given accommodation in this block but the receptionist was adament you should not be advertising the sun suites and your contract was for the Terrazamar Suites only, so it was costing them money to allow us in the sun Suites and they were going to cancel your contract. I am advising you so you know the situation as it may well affect someone else going there so it needs to be sorted out with the Terrazamar which block you can advertise. Not many sunshades round pools.
Location only ten mins from beach and 5 mins from commercial center, cleanliness of rooms We were to far out of the way in room 1818 would have prefered lower floor
Large balconies to relax in the sun. and a peacefull atmosphere. N/A
everything was very enjoyable. having to pay extra for airconditioning and tv remote, should be included in total price.
It was very clean , had friendly staff and was in a good location No
This was an excellent place to stay. I booked this hotel based on the reviews on the internet and i was not dissapointed even to the slightest extent. Balcony is huge, rooms are very clean, hotel staff very friendly, super market inside the hotel and list goes on. I would definitely stay here again if I go to Puerto Rico. I sincerely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Puerto Rico.
The swiming pool is great. I had no problem in finding free sunbeds Swiming pool bar closing at 6 pm, I found it a bit too early.
excellent food! good location! wonderful view! nice price at dinner in the restaurant for drinks. I think Marina suites is one of the best hotel in Puerto Rico!! If you don't like kids-I would not recommend to stay there, because there were plenty of kids who all the time scream, jump into the pool and shout. And not possible to swim in pool-because it is full of kids... Kids there were a big problem in my opinion- all the guests are families with older or younger children. And big problem was pool area-from early morning people reserved their sun beds (even the hotel said that it is taboo) at the pool-so after the breakfast you don't have place to sit and take sunbaths. I think hotel must do something in this area!!!
The Pool area is lovey - very relaxing as its right by the sea. Would be great if it was extended as can be hard to get a sunbed when the hotel is busy. The view over the Marina was fantastic (day and night).
My favourite thing about the Marinas Suites is that I could get away from the noise of the swimming pool by finding a bed in the area of the jacuzzi, the cabana style sunbeds were great when it got too hot to sunbath. I spent a week in the Marinas Suites and it was the most enjoyable week I have had in a long time, I had two teenagers with me who also had a great time, we would definitely return. The only problem I had was the waiters were too quick to take away our plates when we were dining and the cleaners although excellent came far too erly in the morning @ 9.00am - this is a holiday and I do like to have a lie in and even though I put the Do Not Disturb sign out they still knocked. Once the cleaners were in the next room the moving of the beds would wake me up anyway.
The excellent standard in all areas. Our 2nd visit and we will be back.D.V. The fact that some people put towels on poolside chairs early in the day and then didn't show up for hours.1 and a half hour limit should apply. Then staff should remove towels.
A very good swimming pool near the ocean; spacious rooms; good breakfast not enough chairs at the swimming pool and they were always reservated ( contrary to the house rules); noise in the stairways during the night
The hotel location, rooms, pool and overall cleanliness was as promised in the online description of the Marins Suites. I could not fault it. The evening entertainment was poor and the choice of food from the snack bar during the day was limited.
Spacious suite, kept clean. Lovely infinity pool by the ocean. For the price the hotel staff could have been more helpful. Too many extra charges for the room safe and parking especially. Too many people using the pool and though there was a policy of not being allowed to reserve sunbeds with towels most 'were covered by sunrise!
The fact that the room was cleaned and fresh towels given everyday. The breakfast was horrible and expensive for what you were given. Poolside bar staff were not that friendly.
We are a family of 4 and our room was more than big enough for us all. Pictures of the hotel are right on. There is entertainment scheduled nightly but we found it a bit late at 9:30 with two young children. Also the hotel has a small game room located off the lobby. The pool is the best part as it overlooks the ocean and we were able to see the boats passing as we swam. We had half board and the selection was great for both breakfast and dinner. Be aware that drinks are not included in the cost for dinner. There is a grocery store about 5-10 minutes from the hotel and since you are near the marina, it was easy to access the ferry to get to the other beaches as well as schedule dolphin trips, fishing trips and other excursions. It would have been nice to have an iron in the room already instead of having to call and request one. Also, while there is a small kitchenette, there was no dish soap to wash the plates. I think the hotel should supply that instead of having to buy yourself. It was missing a few basic amenities that I am used to having even with low budget hotels. Also, it's true that people reserve sunbeds with their towels by early morning. Staff does nothing about it. If you plan on eating breakfast at the hotel, I suggest getting there before 10am. After that, there is long lines for coffee and eggs.
The views from the restaurant and teeaces and rooms were excellent. The on-site recreation facities were good and the activitie co-ordinator, Adam, was enthustastic, and friendly but not pushy. Rooms were noisy. Some doors and windows were showing signs of age.
Facilities were good, views and situation along with staff were good and very helpful. Initial room was very poor with no view but asked and recieved a better room. Food was adequate but presentation could be improved.
we stay at the apt all the time and this was out 6th visit there we will be back soon
Good location related to city center. You can reach shopping/eating center within 10 minutes work from the hotel. But be ready to walk up/and down hill some 200 steps. Despite hotel notice "public parking" you can easily park car near the hotel. Beach is 25 minutes walk from the hotel so you have to be in a good shape. Generally speaking the hotel is worth of money. The price is good. The only problem for this hotel (and for the most hotels in the city center) is that discotec muskic is till about 5:00 in the night. So if you sleep not so well or don't like night life this might be a problem for you. Besides that do not expect luxury bathroom for this price.
the apartments was quite at nite if you wanted a quite night.and was only a couple off steps down to the town the location
location and cost bit noisey particularly at night
it was very central,,
The apt. itself was very spacious and we had an amazingly huge balcony. Our room was cleaned and fresh towels put in every second day. The hotel staff were so very helpfull and nothing was a problem for them. N/A
Hotel staff was extremely professional and nice. The hotel was impeccably clean and comfortable. The hotel had excellent pool, jacuzzi, and spa facilities. Everything was absolutely excellent.
Mostly everything, and the very nice staff more staff with more english knowledge
The view from the balcony towards the setting sun was beautiful. The hotel offered what they promised in this regard. It was quite expensive.
Excellent location for walks in the mountains and visiting the interior of Gran Canaria.
the view from our room was breathtaking, the ambiance was relaxing, and the food was fantastic.
The location of the Parador up in the mountains is excellent with stunning views from the bedrooms (Mount Teide on Tenerife can be seen on a clear day). The bedroom accommodation, lounges, & main areas are of the usual high standard found in Paradors (this one has only recently been opened/renovated). We thought the price of the Spa/indoor pool etc at over 30 euros each person was excessive otherwise we would have used it more. It's a pity there is no outdoor pool.
This parador is located in the centre of the island with magnificent views of the mountains and easy access to walks and the very special Roque Nublo. I was amazed to get a twin room for 60 euros. Breakfast was extra at 15 euros each but very special. There could not be anything to dislike at this hotel.
Fantastic iews from our room and balcony. Staff not very friendly. No lighting for inside the wardrobe/lobby.
clean new hotel with stunning views and very friendly staff; the reception staff speaks either english or german as a foreign language; Arrive early to enjoy the afternoon sun on the terrace looking at the great mountain scenery! only buffet breakfast is offered
View and location Service was rather cold and off hand not what i expect at that level of hotel. Also Spa and pool were closed which i was not made aware off when booking so as a family very disappointed!
The view from the room, the balcony furniture with fleecy rugs for sitting above the clouds was amazing after a day of driving the zig zag roads. the cafe/restaraunt staff were very helpfull and attentive to the kids, and the standard of food excelent. The swiming pool shown in the photo's is not available unless you use the spa which is out of bounds for kids at all times. I had read reviews about it being closed so checked on paradors website, trip advisor and hotels website and there was no mention of this. This was the main reason we had booked.
I liked this hotel very much . I really spent great time there. It is good hotel valued for money with good swimming pool and jacusy Rooms are with beautiful seeview, spacy terrases are big staff is very friendly. But guests must know that it is not easy to get to the beach , because the hotel is in the mountain and the stair is good to get down , to get up is quite far and difficult for groan ups. It is possible, but difficult. But you can have a taxi. The price is about 3 Euro from the hotel to the beach and you will wait a taxi no more then 2 minutes. But the location is good and this place is quite and beautiful .If I am in Puerto Rico again I will stay in this hotel again.Thank you very much for the hospitality Nothing
recently renovated apartment was comfortable with large balcony/terrace. Room was cleaned to a high standard daily, very nice pool area and terrace with very comfortable sun beds in a dedicated adults-only area of the terrace. Excellent value. , quite a lengthy walk from the reception area to our apartment but this was only a very minor issue.
Nice pool. Nice environment and views from the top of the mountain. Very friendly staff. I don't like apart-hotels in general :-) but it was the only thing available at a good price for the high season... No air-con at all but they provide you with a fan, insufficient for august!
Pool area and sun chairs excellent Poor state of apartment uncomfortable bed, hard seat on the couch a few cushions would help, door to bathroom would not close, very basic overall.
The views from the balconies are amazing, there are also lots of facilities and entertainment at the complex. It was good value for money. You know the old saying 'you get what you pay for'. The sheets were threadbare in the apartments and should have been replaced long ago.
The view was excellent, the entertainment was great, very nice swimming pool Hotel needs general renovation, especially the lifts, all hotel works like a puzzle: we needed to take 4 elevators to reach our room (later we found a shortcut by using only two :) ), phone was missing in the room, but replaced when we asked for it. One local beasty in the room.
All the staff were really helpful. We did enjoy the time spent in the pools. The activities organised by the hotel were very appreciated We were a bit disappointed with the location of our room as a palm tree blocks the view of the room
I used the hotel purely as a base for research for a book I am updating, and chose it for the location and the parking. It is not the type of resort I would choose to stay in for pleasure -- too large and too many people -- but that is a subjective opinion. I can see that it has much to offer families. It was extremely hot and the suggestion that all doors and windows should be closed at night was ludicrous, and on two nights of my stay other guests continued to make a noise on their balconies well after midnight. Neither of these are the fault of the hotel, but they do not contribute to a happy guest experience.
The hotel had excellent facilities. Jacuzzi's and a large pool. Also the rooms were very nice. The only thing is that the hotel is on top of a hill, so you'll have to use a lot of stairs to go down to the beach.
The staff were friendly and helpful. The layout was excellent with the bonus of the roof top hot tubs over looking the sea was pure luxcioury. The distance to the beach and with no shuttle bus available made it hard work to get to visit the area although the walk down was ok a taxi was needed to return to the hotel.
The hotel reception staff were very helpful The lift door sensors are inadequate, and could close on you as they did on me , causing the largest bruising on my arms my nurse had never seen .
the hotel reception staff were very helpful The food was terrible
nice breakfast and dinner room are good.senior hotel near beach and from the night life could be cheaper
location, silent location, close to beach, centrum playa des ingles, good for single, double or families. Too many germans
The staff was very helpful, were all fluent in English and German, very smiley and always trying to improve their services. A great "customer services" behaviour. The food was quite repetitive, similar dishes during the dinner ... still, there was always a meat, fish and vegetarian dish. Since I was pregnant, I was very careful with the food but I must say that it was good and had no problems. I did not like that drinks have to be paid extra during dinner.
Very friendly staff, amazingly good location close to the beach, kitchen was useful and good food in restaurant.
Everything was fine. I hope some day in the future I'll spend another perfect week in this place. Some key people don't understand English well, though they try to do their best to help you.
The situation is excellent, the hotel is spotless and well maintained with beautiful gardens and pool, and activities if you wish to join in. Staff charming and very helpful. Nice stroll to the beach and the beautiful port. Perfect for our weekend of relaxation.
About 99% of the staff were excellent one guy the first day we arrived was obnoxious Every meal was buffet style meaning food was luke warm most of the time and overcooked. The layout of the dining room was confusing and it was difficult seeing all on offer. For a hotel of this class the food was not good. Had I realised it was all buffets i would only have done bed and breakfast and would advise anyone else to do the same. The evening entertainment was dire and drinks expensive. For a hotel of this class I would not have expected
Location to beaches and harbour. Gardens and interior plus pool areas first class. Breakfast great selection and good quality. Beds not comfortable. For a 4* hotel we expected free drinking water, bathroom robes and slippers. No information in our room about the hotel, television, or where to go. €200 per night way too expensive. We had a problem with a meal in the pool restaurant where we were charged €12.50 per person for the buffet at 3.15pm and then to find they were closing at 3.30. We had to rush to get food (only soup and salad left), we complained at the hotel reception and got the mean sum of €2.50 discount each, very badly handled hence no recommendation to stay there.
Food was relatively poor
The facilities available and the friendliness and helpfulness of all the Staff
The staff, cleanliness and facilities were excellent. My family and I went for a week's break in the sum and were made very welcome by the hotel. The breakfast was excellent and the rooms very clean. We would definitely return to this hotel. No
The garden was great and the architecture of the hotel and its facilities were fascinating. The activity i.e. swimming facilities was very good! Service of the staff was excellent. The meals were tasty and there was something for every taste. Also for vegetarians .. shich is essential for this customer The nordic walking activity could have professional guiding with some history of the island . or the island's geography - to be talked about during the tour. The nordic walking tour might have been more interesting with these points ind´cluded
No information about hiking and quality wine. Language problems.
We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Coridal. The staff were amazing they helped in everyway possible to make our stay a very enjoyable one. The standard of the adult entertainment shows at night could be improved and more varied as many of the quests found they were better off going to Puerto Rico for nightly entertainment.
Location and atmosphere. Dinner buffet wasn't that great. If you want beverages at dinner you are required to purchase them.
Spa was good, receptionist was very helpful. Room spacious and bathroom clean. Excellent parking facilities. We did ask for no smoking room and it obviously was a smokers room. Smell. ashtray etc.
Spacious room;superb bathroom;helpful staff;good on-site parking;peaceful;excellent spa facility. Our room looked out onto the adjacent wall of buildings opposite-we were expecting a mountain view. The restaurant was poor both as to food and service. We would stay at the hotel again but only if we had a mountain view.We would not recommend half - board to any one!
good breakfast, good spa, pleasant staff. nope.
Courtesy of staff Nothing
Great balcony and the room was so clean and cared for,the breakfast`s were full of everything. We also had a view of Mount Teide from the balcony. There were not any.
Quiet, close to good fish restaurants. Excellent buffet breakfast. Good Christmas Eve meal - good value for money too. Owing to adverse weather conditions for five days we made use of indoor pool and free indoor parking. Free internet.
We liked the quiet atmosphere and the willingness of te staff to find an alternative solution when we had a complaint. The level of services was not according to our expectations in a 4-star hotel.
Location and Agaete city as part of gran canaria The price from booking.com was almost half higher than the price availabe directly aplying hotel 210 EUR for 2 nights junior suite 2 persons ocupation, directly was 110 EUR. and Junior suites doesnt have balconies, so we were oblidge to take normal cheaper twin room but at higher t booked price,
We have now stayed in this hotel on four separate occasions and have always found the staff pleasant and the facilities excellent.
Hotel staff very helpful. The accommodation spacious and enjoyed the spa. Was the best hotel of the four we stayed at in Gran Canaria but it was the most expensive. It felt lonely because there were very few clients.
the bar and restaurant staff, 1st class ( ANTONIO) There was no air conditioning (paying for this services would not be a problem), which i feel all hotels should have, fans are not suffice when temperatures hit above 40+ which they did , otherwise had a lovely time there and would recommend, there was a lot of steps in this complex but as i had been to this area before i knew and it was not a problem as the taxi service there is 2nd to none, and are very cheap and the car are so clean and new looking, the food was also first class in all of the restaurant we ate in
the hotel is in an excellent location near to beach and nightlife. we ate out in the vista grill in the hotel which was excellent.rooms were cleaned and its good value for money would like air conditioning in the rooms
we found the staff at the hotel amazing so helpful and excellent english the hotel was on top of te hill but only cos 2.40 euro to go to the centre which wouldn't break the bank. The rooms were basic but clean, and the beds were very comfy. now the beac in puerto rico is horible very dirty. i would sugest getting a taxi max cost 3 euro to amadoras beach (man maid beach) and it was only devine, nicer beach ive ever seen, not a single buit of rubbish and perfect blue water:-). The food in the puerto plata was lovely for lunch in the pool side bar, 2 nights we did have food in the restaurant in the hotel called the Vista Grill the food here was a bit more expensive than the town centre but it was gorgeous and very well presented:-)
Good value for money
the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful they made us feel very welcome, the complex has everything you need so you can stay in hte complex at night if you don't want to go to the centre
The apartment and the facilities provided within the apartment were excellent, above average, and great value for money. The staff were helpful and friendly, and the location is very good. We were very comfortable there, and will definitely go back in the new year. We often go over to Gran Canaria for a three/four night break and Bahia Blanca is ideal for this purpose as they are flexible and accommodating. Facilities in the complex generally are adequate and very good value for money. No complaints
the baloncy was a great size apartment was nice and very clean. i think that an apartment should be a avalible to rent for the day when people are on late flight that evening its to long sitting around the aera waiting to go to yhe airport........................i wouldbe grateful if you could reply to this a.s.a.p........
Staff were very helpful and friendly Building/renovation work going on in apartment next door which meant we had to change mid week. I think if this type of work is going on - the apartments in the vicinity should not be used - removing a tiled floor with a numatic drill is not a good experience to hear. Music around the pool area was very loud
The cleaning staff done a very good job when cleaning the room and the welcome package at the start of the holiday was a great idea The ants that were all over the sink and cooker every day
Great views Slowest lift ever encountered
we like the space of the balconey...and the cleaness of the rooms.we also loved the location... that we couldnt get a apartment to rent for the day...... we were leaving ..because we were on a late flight........ we had to leave the apartment at 12 noon..............
Wonderful place and staff. No wine or champagne glasses at the apartment. Very rude of personnell (front office manager?) to speak spanish before me when I asked if we could stay until 1 pm, when we all spoke english before - that you do not do. I am a front office manager myself and I was chocked!
You had everything at your own appartment to relax and enjoy the rest without having to go near the pool complex
The wonderful, heated pool - excellent! The nice poolarea. The elevator must be equipped with a openable rooftop to let some air in. Too hot in the elevator! The restaurant - change the lightning in the roof for a nicer atmosphere.
Relaxing with all we were looking for in a chill out 1 week school week holiday. Lunch (snack) menu was perhaps lacking and reception bar service a bit slow/ under staffed at times.
Well located / rooms good / good variety of food / excellent views / good facilities. Lift service at times was poor / difficult to work out / service at desk was difficult because of language / communication. No clear direction how to access the town centre via lifts. Some of the entertainment was of a very poor standard.
The location was fantastic. The food was excellent. The staff were friendly. There is nothing we did not like
Overall the sunrise reading a book in the balcony. Food was ok as well. Perfect for non local people (is not my case). Surprisingly enough only two people in reception could speak spanish, so I had to ask for a couple of things in english.
we like the beautiful seaviews and the walk out of the hotel onto the cliffwalk
The swimming pool overlooking the sea is beautiful.
Very clean with agreeable clientele. Breakfast was good and staff were helpful and friendly. The evening meal was not very good and at e25 was poor value. The hotel did not have an A La Carte restaurant
Arcitecture is interesting, large rooms with comfortable beds. Pools were great! Did not use spa, but it looked good too. Lots of choices for breakfast, food was average. Not a brand new hotel any more but not run down. Activities throught the day for all ages. I think I would have loved the kids area if I still was one. This is an amazing hotel for the discounted price. Not sure the value is there if you would be paying the full price of 400 euros/night.
Excellent hotel with great views of the Amadores beach and the ocean. Very nice breakfast. Very friendly staff.
hotel is absolutley brilliant, main swimming pool looks amaizing but food was a thing which we liked the most everything was ok
Fabulous swimming pool and close to the beach It could be a bit noisy at night
View!!!!!! Pool!!!!!!!!!!!! Room, spa, service, location are also good Slow bar service, quality of cocktails in all-inclusive is very poor, room: very cold marble floor and slippers are not provided and no bidet in bathrooms
The food was fantastic always too much to choose from! Cava at breakfast time. The infinity pool was well designed. The rooms were spacious and the bathroom too. We were advised at arrival that there was a dress code for the restaurant, we followed those instructions but the dress code was not enforced by the hotel as other guests wore flip flops and shortd in the dining room. Swimming pool opening times were late many people like to swim before breakfast or use the Thellasso pool. Many guest left towels on sun loungers all day when they were not even at the poolside.
Excellent facilities, spacious rooms, well run restaurant. Poor staff on reception, not very competent nor well dressed for a hotel of this standard. Reception area lacked atmosphere.
Overlooks beautiful Amadores beach which I perferred to neighbouring Puerto Rico one. Most rooms have a decent balcony with comfy quality chairs + table. Room (mine was 4412b) was nicely decored, air- conditioned, with bathroom marbled and both shower+bath included. Two pools, the main one out front having nice effect of almost appearing to drop off over the edge. Spa facility, hairdressers, manicurist, some gym equipment, spacious all glass fronted dining room with view of beach and ocean, and also an a la carte restaurant. Staff are friendly and quite a number had good english. There's also a pool table, table tennis, table football etc and a room to entertain youngsters. Worth going half-board. Clientel type during my stay seemed almost totally couples or families, so dont expect to meet many singles by the pool or bar. It lacked a bit of evening atmosphere / entertainment (even though they provided some, audience-wise it was very thin and bit dead), so you will want to head out in Puerto Rico - taxi costs bout €3.50 each way.
staff was very nice and helpful Didn't have queen or king size beds. Had to fasten 2 beds together.
Nice rooms, pool and location to beach Long walk to main resort
The restaurant facilities and pool area were excellent and the cleanliness and maintenance was second to none. Couples with young babies all deposited their soiled nappies/diapers into the poolside waste bins which is neither hygienic or pleasant, the hotel should put up a sign to request guests not to do this.
