Bed was good and comfortable. Under renovation but still looking really tired and old. Cleaning was a miss for me. Floors were really dirty. I made the mistake of walking barefoot from the shower to the bed area to get dressed. After a few minutes the bottom of my feet were all dirty even though I just showered.

Pros (+) Room was clean and in great condition. Staff was friendly. Location right off the highway made getting around easy.
Cons (-) Room could have used more than one sitting chair (desk chair not the same as a reading chair). Probably not the hotel's fault - governor's orders on virus - but no breakfast (a bottle of water and a granola bar don't count) and no real restaurants in walking distance wasn't ideal.

Pros (+) The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The location was convenient.
Cons (-) The room smelled awful, dirty carpet, dirty bathroom, furniture was extremely dirty.

Pros (+) Breakfast and housekeeping were fantastic!
Cons (-) Parking was really tight but was nice to not have to pay. Pool was really cold. Thank goodness for the hot tub.

Cons (-) Ray at the front desk wasn't welcoming upon my arrival, but Jordan & Kris more than made up for him the next day with there demeanor and attentiveness to my needs! Kudos to the both of them!
